Got the person's license plate and took it into Costco's main desk. We just got it taken over to D's Paint & Body about a week and a half ago. Everybody thought it was just cosmetic stuff that needed done needed a new tail light just stuff that was easy to fix. After they got into it and started looking it needed a whole new liftgate. They contacted Progressive they came out looked at it said put a new liftgate on. We got it back today. It looks amazing. The color is perfect which our car is Cypress green and you can't tell that it is a different part on our vehicle. They kept us posted and updated on everything they were doing and were very good when it came to picking it up.
