My leather seats and steering wheel are nice and shiny and you slide right in. The car smells amazing! They were able to pull up stains and gunk from the leather that had been there much longer than they should've been from little gremlins riding in the backseat. The gentleman kept my boyfriend up-to-date on when the car would be done. He walked us through everything he had done and invited us to call if there was anything we needed or found that we weren't satisfied with when we got home. Customer service was top-notch! Although I didn't pay for the detail, I know it was a fair price for the work that went into it. There were no upselling or overages and an estimate was given when the appointment was made.
