I work from home and am usually here at all times, so I lock my gates to my yard. One day in January when I was not home, they came out to fill my tank and could not because the gate was locked. They had called me one time to reschedule and I told them we could skip that month. Well, now its April and I am out of oil. I called to see why they hadn't come and they told me they cancelled my contract in January! I asked why and they said they could not get in and could not get ahold of me so they cancelled it! Of course, they kept my entire years worth of the contract charge and will not give a refund, nor did they contact me by phone, mail or email to let me know. I made sure they had the correct number for me, and because my number is a cell-phone, I was able to track all the incoming calls and I did not see 1 additional call from them other than the one they made in Jan. I told the VERY rude manager this and that they had no right to cancel my contract. At this time, he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that I must have gotten my tank filled up by somebody else. I was irate. I tried to calm down and just get the problem fixed and fuel added but he told me I would be liable for any service charges related to the fuel being out. I told him to just come out and fix it, and that we would deal with the charges later, then he told me that we have no business together and I should find another company. then he hung up on me. I am going to take them to small claims court (it's much easier than you think) and I hope this review discourages others from doing business with this shady company.

Count on Fuel has been amazing since we moved out here. The customer service has been great, and their prices are very competitive as they have the lowest rate per gallon that I have seen. I don't understand the negative review left before, but that has not been our experience with this company at all!

This Citgo is one of the cheapest gasoline stations in the area…read more It's a convenient, strategically placed location, so you can get refueled, and leave either on New York Avenue or West Hills Road. My one problem here is that I don't find the service to be as polite as I've come to expect from the vast majority of businesses in the Town of Huntington. I also think the service can stand to be faster. Still, it's cheap and a well known brand name gasoline, so it is definitely one of the better gas stations.

Gasoline and snacks…read more This Hess location recently opened after being under construction for a while. At first they had the 2 cost scheme for gas if you paid cash or credit, but it seems that they have done away with that and now it is the same low cost for either cash or credit. The mini mart inside is the "express" part - coffee, sodas and the like are available at gas station prices... so you won't be getting a bargain but it is convenient. Pretty good gas prices and since the place is nice and new, it is very clean.

I will actually travel on my reserve tank to I reach this location to get gas. I like coming here…read morebecause the prices are great and they always have gas. The BP up the road never have gas. I always used my card so I never had an actually experience with the employee behind the window. Sometime I come here late to get air in my tire and it's always working and not to mention the line for air around 3am is actually long at that time of hour. Overall it's s great BP gas station with great prices.
