They could've at least told me it wasn't like I was going to even ask them to pay for it although I should. It's a $28 part. But they broke it and then tried to hide the fact. I will never go back there. I just ordered the part on Amazon but the least they could've done was tell me. That was deceptive. That's said, it was an aggressive wash and did a good job and the guys that cleaned it up afterward did a good job. But what I can't get past is that they hid what they broke. Really? I got home, and saw this gash where the driver side rear rim gets clamped on by the carwash rail that sends the vehicle through the car wash. I took a picture of my rim just before I went through, and SURE ENOUGH i had a BRAND NEW GASH on the edge of my rim! The owner said it was there already while he looked at a tape, which showsthe tire on an angle! Right after I went through, another customer had the same gash on his driver side rear rim, and he's told that he will have to wait until whenever. I got his name, and number! DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH EVER! If you do CHECK YOUR REAR DRIVER SIDE RIM! Especially if you have low profile tires! This owner is a REAL POC!!!!!

Redeemed my points for a Vanilla Gift card at my local Speedway in Islip. Three days later tried to use the card and the number came up invalid. I went on the Vanilla Gift card site and, again, the number came up invalid. After a lengthy process with Speedway to investigate the card, I received a letter from their *Customer Satisfaction Specialist* *Sue Har--------* who said that the card was loaded correctly by Speedway and denied my claim. They did nothing to help me find the answer as to why the card didn't work. As a matter of fact, would not speak with the distributing card company and told me that the card was used! I emphatically denied ever using the card and explained that I had the card for only three days before trying to activate it. I was on the phone with Speedway Customer Service at least five times and even spoke to Sue's supervisor, Jamie, who got insulted because I addressed him as "Mister" and tried to say that I berated him. What a nut!! I told him I was upset with how Speedway handled this and he then took offense and said that he represented Speedway and was insulted that I was upset with the company. This guy needs a shrink!! Well after doing my own investigation by declaring the card lost, I reached a representative at Vanilla Gift Card who advised me that the card was used in Florida! Mind you, that I have not been out of my state for the last year and on-half due to COVID. It was then ascertained that the card was activated and the number given to someone who used it in another state. This had to be done at the Speedway Gas Station obviously. This is not the first time that there was a problem at Speedway where they found out one of their employees was using customer's receipts to load points on his personal card! When I called back to Speedway and told them that I suspected fraud, they agreed and proceeded to put me back on the phone with Sue! Never did she pick up. This company needs to be trained in customer service. No wonder their reviews are low. There is a lot of fraudulent activity regarding their gift cards, I say because of the folks that they hire and pay low wages to who really don't give a darn. I give…read moreit 3 stars and I'm not even sure I should based on the fact my life flashed before my eyes a few mornings ago. I was in a rush to fill up with my infant in the car late to work the whole 9. Of course the attendant was smoking his cigarette and not behind the counter. As if that's not bad enough I'm rushing for him to assist me at the register and without a second thought he FLICKS HIS CIGARETTE TOWARDS THE PUMPS and gets behind the register. Scariest thing I've ever seen. Still can't believe I'm still here to share on Yelp. I am grateful to be alive.
