My wife called it rustic, probably because of the 20 spiders I had to kill before her or my daughter would go to sleep. I did see a toad in the shower. The shower in the cabin was small and had enough hot water for one 15 minute shower. I didn't use the bathrooms/showers next door.

We bought from this vendor in September. We did get a list of items that they owed us. After they…read moregave us a fictional date of 9/26 which came and went we are still trying to get them to honor the "we owe" items. The fridge door in the trailer we bought from them is broken. They were supposed to replace it because without it the fridge is not usable. They have been unable to locate the parts and refuse to provide copies of the PO showing they ever ordered the items. Their problem is that if they cant get the door they need to replace the fridge and they don't want to do that. That's unfortunate but it's not our problem. We want and need to be made whole. My family is living in this $35K trailer without a fridge. That is not fair and it's not what we bargained for. We have asked multiple times for a date certain for the parts (fridge door or fridge) into and a copy of the PO showing they ordered it. Had dealings with Johnny (Sales Manager) & Lisa (Owner) which had been relatively civil if not very productive. Then along comes Tony Kesselring. Unhelpful, evasive, rude and disdainful of his customers. Comments like "I can't get rid of you fast enough" are simply the tip of the iceberg. His emails are full of double speak, conflicting statements and a general f*ck you attitude. We r at 60 days plus with no end on sight. If this is indicative of the Northern MI RV experience my advice to you is go elsewhere. When the principals of a business talk this way to their customers it's clear it's not the first time its happened but rather the first time someone has taken the time to report it. Stay tuned. We had two beach towels completely soaked then standing water under the bed. The flooring was buckled. After 5 weeks of trying to get it fixed or replaced I finally gave up. We purchased another camper and NOT from rose city tv. Would never deal with them again.

In addition, he climbed on top of our trailer and found that one of the exterior wiring ports had not been sealed, causing water to leak into the bedroom, which he then patched. Also while picking the replacement TV our bunk slideout malfunctioned, and Mr. Caverson asked one of the techs, named Michael, to look for the problem. He discovered the reason and showed me how to fix it myself should it reoccur, which it did a couple more times before we were able to get the slideout motor replaced at our Kansas City destination. Great professional work, likely preventing dangerous traveling conditions. Camping World is fortunate to have these two exceptional employees on its team!

Not Ready for Guests - Very Disappointing Stay…read more This was one of our worst camping experiences. The campground is still under construction and should not be open. We were moved from the site we booked to one right next to a busy road -- extremely noisy. Construction crews started at 6 AM, blasting music by 7; my husband had to ask them to turn it down. Dust covered everything inside and out, and we couldn't even enjoy sitting outside. WiFi didn't work, which was a problem since my husband needed it for work. We got three separate calls from staff before arriving -- clearly not communicating. Then we were told the office closes at 5 PM. Very odd for a campground. No info on local attractions, no signage, no rules enforced -- speeding cars, off-leash dogs. The bathhouse was nice but unbearably hot. Now they're offering discounted "construction rates," but we paid full price. Friendly staff and nice concrete pads don't make up for the chaos. Would not stay again until it's actually finished and managed properly.
