First, you should understand that I am an obsessive and neurotic bride who requires personal attention and attention to detail. Michelle was always reachable and whenever I emailed her with questions, her responses were almost instantaneous. I cannot stress enough how comforting it is to have a vendor who is constantly accessible to you. In a stressful time filled with uncertainty, Michelle made the planning process easier for me. I could go on and on about how incredible this company is. I could write for days about the many edits Michelle and her graphic designer happily made for me to ensure that my photo strips would be 100% what I wanted. I could describe the seamless setup/breakdown of equipment, or the assortment of awesome props that had my guests in the booth for hours. I could praise Michelle for thoughtfully setting aside a "secret" box of bride and groom props for me and my hubby to get the perfect pic. But I won't, because the most important thing you should know is this: As a bride -- or anyone planning a party -- you deserve a vendor that is reliable, flexible and professional. It gets two stars for the mere fact it is a photo booth that is one of those photo "booths" where a camera from a photo booth points at you but you don't have to get inside of anything. Aside from that, nothing was good about it. First, the setup did not make any sense. The people put the props on the opposite side of the photo area than the line and said we could not look at the props until we were in line. Essentially, that meant that we could only look at the props for a few seconds before it was time to take photos. That caused a lot of confusion because the people behind us in line thought more than once that we had decided not to take photos after standing in the line since we had to walk past the spot where photos are taken to pick up the props. Then, we were supposed to put one of the photo printouts in a scrapbook for the bride and groom (we could keep the other). Rather than have the scrapbook near where we were supposed to pick it up, they put it where the line starts. Basically, the whole setup was completely backwards. Worse still, the photo booth was run by a very unfriendly person. He made it seem that it was our fault that people were confused thinking that we had left when we went for props, instead of realizing it was because the setup was backwards. He would not allow us to even try to fit more than 5 people in the photo frame. He even put himself in some of the photos, blocking out guests, and thought that was funny. Who would want his photo in their album? Overall, I wouldn't hire them for any event.

He unfortunately was booked for our event, but promised to contact another vendor who has the same high-quality, two-camera photo booth to see if HE had availability, and then actually went out of his way to call me back to let me know that alas, the other guy was booked too. :-( But then, even knowing that we were not going to be able to use his services, Jerry spent another several minutes on the phone with me letting me know what to look for in terms of picture quality, printer speed, pop-up booths vs. real booths, and a quality assistant who will make a decent photo album so we'll have many fun and happy memories for our special day. WOW! You don't get customer service like that anymore.
