Everything went so smooth on that day and the professionalism from the beginning made me feel at ease with all the stress. Then the assistant who was the person that came to build my arch sends me another sample of an arch she did and I loved even more that idea and when she tells me how much the price will be for that arch, I tell her well thats what I paid already actually so I tell her to do that instead but then she says its actually more than what I paid so increases the price more. I declined and just went back with the first option at this point. On the day, the lady should have arrived even earlier to finish before the party time not at the party time, if you know it takes longer to build and do a good job then pick an earlier time. I feel like not enough balloons were added to cover the pole and the bottom end that holds the arch nothing was added to cover them and they were scratched up, old and exposed, I didn't like that. At the end of the day, the lady couldn't make it back to the park and asked me to disassemble the arch with the tubes and the vases and pick it up take it to my house. The following day after I contacted her in the afternoon and asked her are you coming today to pick up everything, she finally did. Overall everything just felt like a mess, a bad experience, unorganized, bad time management, should've put more work on her arch to make it look nicer.

When I first started looking for a photo booth vendor, I became overwhelmed. When I found Photo Booth Party online, I immediately felt comfortable viewing their website. It seemed professional. I contacted them for a last minute booking (only two weeks before my wedding), and Fernando contacted me immediately! I was so relieved to get a quote and information on the same day I requested... and on top of that, it was a Saturday! Fernando made me feel very comfortable over the phone and his prices seemed reasonable compared to all my other research. Within a few days, I signed a contract for the Cabana Photo Booth option. From then until the wedding, Photo Booth Party was very responsive with any follow-up questions I had. At our wedding, we were so busy entertaining our guests that we almost forgot to try out the photo booth! Thank goodness for our photo booth attendant, Michael, who tracked us down and made sure we got to enjoy a few snapshots. The white Cabana Photo Booth looked very nice with the rest of our decor. As a fun alternative to a guest book, Photo Booth Party offered to bring along complimentary scrapbooking materials (tape, markers, glue, scissors) and I only had to provide the scrapbook. We loved seeing all the silly photos and messages in our scrapbook after the wedding and I would definitely recommend this add-on! The only thing that causes me to give 4-stars instead of 5-stars is that they forgot to bring the gold-sequin backdrop for the inside of the booth. Everyone still had alot of fun though, so I'm not too bothered. Overall, we had a really great experience with this vendor, and I am very happy I booked them.

Amaris had all the patience in the world answering all my questions and concerns, even at the last minute she was able to resolve some extra requests I had. Her and the girls that came to set up the balloon arches, bunches and wooden cut outs were sooooo sweet, they even gave me positive motivation after it was thundering before the party. Thank God it didn't rain but the girls kept me grounded while they were there. I rented a 20x20 tent, wooden carnival cuts (which are so adorable and for any age range, including a picture prop to take pictures), pop corn machine, cotton candy machine, hot dog stand which were all well kept and so adorable for our theme, tables and chairs. The cake table was the eye piece of it all with the table linen to match the theme and she brought me the name banners for our girls that were centered to hang on the cake table. I also arranged to have a party entertainer Eugenia which dressed up as a ring master and played exciting games with the kids (age range from 4-11 years old) and made balloon animals. I also arranged with her a photographer that came to take pictures during our celebration. Honestly that was the best money spent, we did not have to worry about capturing any special moments which we could have missed while hosting the party. She took care of it all taking shots of the decorations, kids, guests.... everything. She was here for 3 hours, she was so sweet with all the kids and guests and wasn't in a rush even after her time was up, she lets us sing happy birthday and captured those pictures as well. After the party was over when Amaris and her team came to pick up the main items I was already speaking to her about planning the next party for December. She was sooooo awesome to work with. I never had a set party rental place I would use but I have definitely found the one. I would truly recommend her and her company to anyone after our great experience. She was recommended to me by a random person on Facebook and I am thankful they did. Even though planning a party is hectic, Amaris and her team made everything else just work out so smoothly. The furniture completely transformed the area.... I was so happy with everything! If you are going for a beautiful rustic wedding.. this is the way to go! Not only do they have furniture, but they also do lighting and flowers! A one stop shop for a gorgeous rustic wedding or event. Antoni was very quick to respond to any questions, accommodating to any minor changes that I wanted to make to the order, and even gave very wonderful suggestions when we finalized out order. All correspondence was through email, I actually didn't get to see the furniture until the day of the wedding. I was extremely happy with the furniture and service. I was so happy to be able to meet Antoni in person when it was time to break down the furniture. I HIGHLY recommend renting from Simple Rustic. I definitely will be renting from Antoni again!

I emailed with this vendor about renting a metal arbor for my daughter's wedding and inquired about…read morethe dimensions and that I wished to pick it up and load it into my pickup truck for transport to the event site. Was told that the arbor was rented "as pictured" on the website to keep the "structure secure." The arbor is fully assembled on their website. As I don't have time, nor personnel, nor ability to be putting this arbor together for the event, this was great! I signed a contract and placed a 50% deposit with Simple Rustic. Several months later (close to the wedding date!) I checked to make sure everything was still in 'place' for pickup of assembled arbor. However, now told that arbor would NOT be assembled, nor was it ever intended to be assembled! I was charged a 'warehouse prep fee' of $150 for what? Non-assembly? Now the vendor refuses to give me $174 deposit back! I've got emails backing up what was said, but Antoni at Simple Rustic doesn't care! Stay away from this vendor!! Renters beware!!
