After reaching out to Rusty weeks prior to get my ride set up, I was in touch with Rusty at Memphis Airport Shuttle a few days before my flight, and the day of. He was incredible to work with the entire time! We went back and forth several times during the day as my flight plans kept changing due to delays and getting later and later into the night, but he was patient with me, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I never felt like I'd be left without a ride which could be scary when traveling alone. I'd highly recommend both the company and Rusty/his drivers to anyone traveling to Oxford or the Ole Miss area. I think it was the really low/short stall walls and doors. Didn't feel very private and with wide open doors it seemed a bit vulnerable. A security shack with a guard and cart were up front and there was a button inside to press for security. That said, the abundant awareness of the security made me feel a little less safe in ways. I felt it was unusual for a rest stop and just like it probably was really needed if it was that present. So, glad security is there but I'd surely not go there after dark or take my eyes off my children for even a second.

For a nice hotel I was incredibly dissappointed with the bath linens. Towels and a bath mat that you would find from the cheapest budget hotel ever, truly awful. No instructions, no piece of paper in a nightstand or anywhere, called the front desk, the young man was super pleasant but had no idea of how to operate the TV. There is no info anywhere as to when and where you can get coffee (turns out it's hidden in a corner on the first floor), no information other than a plastic frame advertising the restaurant and upper bar with no hours, no menu,,, you get it. The young man kindly offered to have maintenance come to the room to show me how to operate the TV - no way, already showered and in pjs, and did not want someone coming in to mansplain to me how to operate a TV!!!!!!! TV is ancient, poor remote that is not hardly working. This is not a comfortable hotel, it feels cheap, they took the 'graduate thing way too far, there's no where to get a bottled water or complimentary coffee, no fruit anywhere (even the cheapest hotels offer a basket of apples or something), and for a hotel with their price? DO BETTER. This is a self park, bring in your own luggage, uncomfortable overpriced hotel. All of the seating in the lobby is overtaken by students who allowed to study at the hotel. It looks messy, stuff all over the place, no where to sit FOR A HOTEL GUEST!

First off - the location as it relates to the square and the campus cannot be beat. You walk out the front door and you're essentially on the square. We were there on a weekend and the parking was a little chaotic and left few if any spots - which was frustrating - but that is accurate of Oxford almost anywhere on a weekend (traffic, parking). The parking lot is safe and I felt fine leaving my vehicle there. Parking is $15/day. The staff is top notch. I was greeted by all staff and they were professional, friendly, and accommodating. You should feel like a "guest" at a hotel, and they accomplish that. The lobby is very welcoming and a nice place to hang out - whether you're people watching, drinking coffee, or working. Lots of tables, chairs, outlets, etc. They have a coffee shop/bistro downstairs, as well as a rooftop restaurant/bar upstairs. We patronized both and they were both good - especially by hotel standards. Our room was both "boutique'y" and modern, which I liked. All the room amenities you'd want and expect. I guess if I had to offer a downside for the room - they did not offer online/streaming tv, just cable, but that is getting pretty nit-picky and we weren't in our room that much to need it. The prices of this hotel (and essentially all in Oxford) fluctuate drastically depending on the day/weekend. On a high volume weekend I suspect this hotel would be incredibly expensive. All in all - I would most definitely stay here every time I was in Oxford (assuming I could afford it). Cheers.

This is such a wonderfully amazing place! I wasn't excited about having to travel for a weekend…read morewedding, but as soon as a pulled up where they had booked us at the Como Inn, I fell in love with the place. I simply love old places with history so this was right up my alley! The Como Inn is a full featured experience. Fully stocked with wonderful food, in an old building with multiple super comfy rooms. Check in/check out times are flexible which I also found as a nice Southern touch! Just use your manners. :-) The owners are just good, kind southern folk. If I didn't have to be in the wedding, I would have been just fine sitting out on the back great patio and shooting the sh*t with them. One thing to note, there is a long, shotgun staircase up to the room level so be aware of that should you have elderly or other similar needs. I consider myself old in my 50s and it is indeed a haul, but waits for you at the top of the stairs is an awesome experience! As far as the nearbys... plenty of food options from pub grub to Thia and Mexican and a steak house that clearly must be something because there were a line of people a block long wanting to get in there! There's also a store a few blocks up with all your basic needs including alcohol. I honestly wish we would have had more than one night and a rushed schedule as I could see myself spending an entire weekend trip there just to chill and we plan to do just that. A simple and wonderful experience!

We enjoyed sitting on the back deck drinking coffee and it's steps away from two fabulous dinner and lunch restaurants. The Windy City Grill and The Como Steakhouse are both top notch. Very much enjoyed our stay!
