The owner was not prompt in contacting me, refused to compensate me for the diagnostic fee ($118) at a certified Toyota service center, never offered a loaner or rental vehicle for the 2 weeks it took to complete the repairs, and then refused to refund me for the original tire rotation (this is the service they messed up on by not putting a tire back on)! Not only could this have resulted in a dangerous accident, but the shop owner was unprofessional and did the bare minimum to correct his mistakes. I will not be going back, and have alerted all friends and family members to never use this shop either.

Last Friday, June 19,2026, I took my 2022 GMC Sierra in because the air conditioner was not properly working. we arrived at 9:00 am. At 1:00 pm, we are still sitting there waiting. The only time I received an update was when I would text the service advisor. Finally after 4 hours, my wife who was with me went to get an update. The service advisor got an attitude with her and told her the compressor was bad, they did not have a replacement, and was putting it back together. I bought an extended warranty for about 4 grand, only to find out it expired after 60000 miles. The compressor is going to be.$1500. The entire 4 hours, not one person stopped to inquire what we were waiting on. This was so different from a couple of years ago when every salesman would stop and check on us . I am now seriously considering making my next purchase elsewhere.

Took my car in to have a clutch installed on a Tuesday. Michael called 2 days later claiming it was…read moreready. I paid him on the morning of Friday, 8May26. I came back after hours that day to pick it up, only to find that my car wouldn't go in to any gear. I left a message on the business phone stating my concern. I left a bright neon note on my windshield with my problem. I didn't expect a call til Monday morning.(opens at 7:30) 9am rolls around on Monday 5-11 and I decide to call another shop. I met the wrecker there at 9:45a, Michael was in the shop bay, he had to have seen us. He never came out. The next shop diagnosed the problem. The Slave cylinder needed to be bled., something you have to do when disconnecting it in order to replace the clutch. Michael called me about 2.5 hours after I had my car towed that Monday wondering why I didn't come in to the shop...I had to hang up. Advice: Do your research on your vehicles and know every step it'll take to fix it., make sure it's communicated to you. I'm still miffed at how he got my car from bay to the parking Area.

Engine coil repair This is an engine coil that BMW removed…read morefrom my son's car a couple of weeks ago. It was installed at Reade's on Reynolds Road in Bryant. Please note the tape. When I asked Reade's to refund the cost of the coils that were installed at their shop I was refused and asked to leave. Please note, I did not ask for a full refund including labor. The part shown had been installed at Reade's the day prior and BMW found the newly installed coil in pieces and wrapped in tape. BMW service works behind an entire wall of windows that customers can clearly see through, watching their car's entire repair, should a person choose to do so. I was present at the time the dealership removed this coil, watching behind the window. I have learned that the original owner of Reade's shop passed it down to his son. It's not the same owner/mechanic of years past. Frequent that shop at your own risk. And the risk of whatever teenage children you might have behind wheels he "services".

They kept my vehicle for 42 days to replace a fender and a bumper, while continuously lying to both me and my insurance about a finishing time. I went up to check in person because they'd pushed back the finish date on my car 6 times, to the point where I no longer had a rental. My car was sitting in the parking lot 6 weeks after I'd dropped it off, in substantially worse condition than when I started. Things in my glove box had been taken out, and the headlights were in the back seat. Also: MY KEYS WERE ON THE HOOD IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. After confronting the owners about it, they informed me that was policy so their employees had easy access to move them. My car was also substantially dirtier than when I'd dropped it off. I got permission from my insurance to reacquire the vehicle, and he'd informed me they'd violated their contract with Progressive and I have full rights to get the vehicle back from them. Initially around week 3 I'd asked to get the vehicle back since I was about to not have a rental any longer- one of the owners informed me he'd pay for any time it had run over. If I would not have returned my rental, they would have owed $700 at the time I took it back. He didn't expect me to tell him that was the amount, and I watched the light in his eyes die because they would have done a solid portion of the work for free. At no point do I believe they would have paid for anything over. I cannot recommend this shop, at all, to anyone. The customer service has been awful and they will leave you in the dark. Only shop that charges less labor than they actually worked!…read moreI went in for a list of service and tests: oil change, coolant pressure test, battery test for one all the way underneath my spare tire n change kit (Thx Audi). 3 major items, book has to be at least 3 hrs, how many would the dealer charge? My total bill barely 2 Benjamins, despite over 100 bucks of synthetic oil n filter. And, no battery change needed. A suspect transmission fluid pan n gasket, no leak after they cleaned a past mechanic's mess The opposite of cha ching. Professional service with money left in your pocket. Thanks so much, Good Folks!
