My 2018 GMC Sierra had mechanical issues one evening two weeks ago and I took it to Everett the next day which was Saturday. I knew that I wouldn't hear anything over the weekend and on Monday morning they called. Caleb, our service advisor, said that a lifter had failed and caused extensive damage to the motor. I thought I luckily had an extended warranty and Caleb said he would submit it for authorization for repairs. The warranty company requested photos of the damaged parts and I had to authorize the teardown in the event it wasn't covered. I consented and it was torn down and photos were submitted. The warranty company then requested receipts from all of the oil changes going back to 2023, which I had and submitted. I without fail always have my oil changed on time. The warranty company then came back and said they were sending out an inspector to look at the parts. Finally, the inspector arrived and agreed that it should be covered and submitted his recommendation and then one day later the work was authorized. Everett GMC's service advisor Caleb always called me with updates every step of the way. This process happened over a two week time. I became frustrated at why it took the warranty company so long to approve the repairs but Caleb never shied away from calling me. Today, I picked up my repaired vehicle and everything is fixed and what a relief to have a great customer experience from the dealership. I could have had my truck serviced at a dealership closer to my home but I will go to Everett from here on out. read more

Service Manager called me on the 9th of April, explained what had happened. I explained what happened. He apologized and I feel better about my next visit. However, the extended warranty from ORR GMC, Jeep, is exceedingly difficult to work with. They wanted me to drive an Acadia with a bad transmission to Hot Springs to be worked on instead of driving it 2.7 miles from my house. Good work Everett Buick GMC. read more

Got my truck back yesterday after waiting on a part for 6 weeks. When they brought to me it was absolutely filthy. It was clean when I took it to them but that wasn't the case when I picked it up. To start with, they put it outside under a pine tree, so the front window around the wipers had pine needles all over it. The front of my truck was dirty from all the work they performed. The next was the worst for me, there was grease on the inside of my door and driver's seat. Then had them top off my DEF tank and they spilled that all over the side of the truck, so I had them wash that. When I said something to the lady about cleaning my truck, she said we don't have a car wash, but they sure know how to clean up your car before you drive it off the lot for the first time. I not upset with the time it took for the repairs, but to give me my truck back as filthy as it was, is disrespectful. One last thing seems like I have to take my truck back at least twice to get the same repair done correctly. Their service department needs some help in the worst way!! read more

I brought GMC Sierra in because it wouldn't start after a few days unless the battery was charged. Battery checked out fine. Several messages would pop up on the screen when attempting to start. Mechanic said battery cable wasn't hooked up right and I went home. Same thing happened over and over so brought it back. Mechanic said nothing wrong. A few days later, the no power steering assist message came on when attempting to start. After several attempts, truck started and wheel wouldn't turn. Battery charged up again and the next day, truck wouldn't start. OBVIOUSLY, there is something wrong! I expressed my concerns to lady that works there, and asked if I could explain what was happening to whoever looked at the truck, and said nothing wrong the second time I came in. She said no because they hated that and would be ugly to me. I'm feeling pretty ugly about the dealership myself and will probably not be purchasing a vehicle from them anymore. I wish I could leave zero stars. This place is a lot like a Hollywood celebrity. Looks good on the outside, but lacks real substance. Their service department is a complete joke. I asked to have my air and cabin filters checked. They said sure no problem, we will let you know if they need to be changed. Well get my truck back, and not a word about filters. They say I am all good to go. Well I look at the paperwork, which my receipt is attached to. Not a mention, good or bad about filters. Instead I now supposedly have an oil leak, and sludge in my oil. How the hell did this all happen since my last oil change, and why wasn't it brought up to me by a service advisor? What a class a joke of a service department. I had been searching for a "perfect truck" for several weeks, possibly months. I set my search radius to ~500 miles of my home in Washington State, to no avail. Kept expanding it further and further until I finally found my unicorn truck, in Bryant, AR--about 2,000 driving miles from home. I felt nuts for even considering such a long haul. It felt ridiculous, a little excessive, all the way up to my arrival at Little Rock Airport. A part of me felt like I was on the brink of being suckered. It didn't happen that way. I bought a new 2023 GMC truck. The salesman stated that the truck had a V-6 engine. I believed the salesman. Later, after I had bought the truck, I learned that the truck did not come with a V6 engine. It either comes with a 4 cyl turbo or a V8. I got the 4 cylinder model with a turbo which is not what I wanted. I'm a disabled veteran and I feel like I was taken advantage of at this dealership. The original salesman called and apologized (only after I complained to GMC) but offered nothing to make it right (and it wouldn't have taken much). In addition the dealer did not provide a paper temp tag and just placed my original tag on my new vehicle. Saying that I wouldn't be as likely to get pulled over with my original tag. Also, while I was at this dealership one of my garage door openers came up missing out of my original car after the test drive. It was never found and I had to completely recode my garage door bc of it. I just won't buy another truck here again and I would suggest that you don't either. read more

I have tried several times to get my oil changed there during the week. I have gone on a weekend and was told the wait was long but it wasn't that bad. Both times recently I have been ignored by the people outside helping people in their cars, made eye contact with them even. When I go inside I was ignored by the people inside, the second time I tired I was greeted and then told it would be an hour and a half at best and should be thankful for that. I had a small child with me and couldn't wait that long. I later call to try to schedule an appointment since dropping by wasn't an option. I was told that appointments are for customers who have purchased a vehicle there and I could come and wait. I didn't buy my GMC from there (they didn't have the one I wanted). read more

My truck broke down, also a GMC by the way. Waste my money towing it to Everett. I know why it didn't start, it just need a new fuel pump. I just want to see if they can fixed it since I don't have time. They came back with and reason why it's not running is "it's electrical issues." That was it for me. I almost brought the same truck up there and make a fool out of the guy sitting at the desk but I'm better than that and most definitely not recommended anyone to take their vehicle there. If it's electrical how do you get power to run the obd2 scanner? High-volume wholesale dealer. So you'll have difficulty beating their prices. The downside is that I purchased a truck at Everett listed as new with 13 miles on it. But when I flew there to pick-up the truck (after wiring the money), I discovered that the truck was previously purchased by someone else. The previous purchaser had installed a bed-mounted hitch and bed cover. So when I arrived to pickup my "new" truck, it had 130 miles on it and had scratches and chips the fender paint. As I had already wired to funds and flew there from out-of-state, the salesman knew I had little choice but to leave with the vehicle. Long story short, I would advice against paying or putting down a deposit on any vehicle at Everett unless you've see the vehicle in-person. read more

I bought my truck here almost two years ago and it was a great experience with a fair price for the deal as I traded in an older vehicle. Also I have been back for the free oil changes. They are always busy but try hard to get you in and out. Figure about an hour for an oil change and rotation. I'm in now for a suspension check so we will see how it goes. read more

Service is very slow. Not only does it take a week or two to get an appointment but I have had to go back because they don't fix what I need them to fix. I think part of the reason that it is so slow is because they are not capable of thinking outside of the box for solutions. In other words, they operate like a machine and if you try to offer other ideas of how to approach a problem it totally throws them for a loop and they resist. In addition I get conflicting information from the service department about everything. If you talk to five people then you will get five different answers about ANYTHING. You will plenty of assistance and attention from sales but be prepared for a slow and frustrating experience from service. read more

This specific GMC dealership does NOT seem to like minorities.. I went there looking for a new Sierra. 1st I'm a disabled Veteran. They had company vehicles parked in the handicap parking. When I asked them why was their trucked parked there a representative stated it private property. So I said OK and left it alone. I waited at least 45 minutes just to see a truck. They automatically assume that I wanted a used truck then when they shower me a new truck they automatically assume that I wanted the SE.. I said enough is enough left.. went to Crain GMC in conway. They at least acted like they wanted my business. So I put 20000 down on a new SLT and left with a smile... I'll never shop at any Everett GMC again. read more

I honestly wish I could give a negative star. I got a Hyundai Sonata from them. We went to a big dealership because we needed a dependable car and we had heard that Everett was the best. I take my daughter and go to work daily so I need a dependable car. The first week it had to be taken back for an alignment (no big deal) then 2 days later my starter completely quits and so we had to replace and now not even having two years, my engine is knocking. this is absolutely ridiculous! Every time we go to this dealership, we're reminded that buying a vehicle can and SHOULD be a pleasurable experience. This last time, I shopped around on the lot to get a close look at a truck I saw online that they had advertised at a very affordable price. I was not bothered, hassled or "bugged." In fact, a salesman caught me after hours on his way home and asked if I had been helped or had any questions. When I told him no, he was upset that I hadn't been assisted. I explained to him that I've been to plenty of dealerships where sales was on me like mosquitos on a nudist the moment I stepped out of my car-- I don't mind shopping in peace before I come find assistance. He set me up with a follow-up sales call the next day, and we got everything worked out and ready for me to pick up the truck the next time I was in. Buzz was helpful and persistent in getting us the truck we wanted and gave us maximum value for our trade-in (at least, according to kbb.com), and the finance department was TOP TIER! She made certain the payment estimate we were given while still in the showroom was as accurate as possible (even including gap), and quickly guided us through the process once we got in her office. Nate Warfield was super awesome and a really nice fun guy, he helped us get most of the stuff Done over the phone so all we had to do was come sign papers. Every one was super sweet, they didn't waste our time, and they didn't talk down to us like we were children. They were very straight forward, got us out of there in two hours. And the Price was unbeatable. Their customer waiting area is top notch normally you are sitting in hard plastic very uncomfortable chairs in a tiny room. That's not the case with Everett they have very comfortable seating plenty of space, charging docks for you phone. They have a bar set up with snacks, drinks coffee and a cappuccino machine, oh and unlike other dealerships it's at no charge. Also if you do have to bring your child, luckily I did not, but they have an actual play area with children's toys and building blocks. It was an overall great experience. read more

I bought my encore from them 2015 and have taken it back for oil change and service regularly. Was so pleased that I was considering buying a new one since I am getting close to 50,000 miles on it. I went in for service last week and left the dealership driving a short distance to Lowes. The car wouldn't start and after calling my insurance company for a jump start, was told that my battery had a bad cell and needed to be replaced. Very disappointed in Everett's service and feel that they should have tested the battery at the dealership while servicing. read more

One of, if not THE, best automobile purchases I've made. I had done my homework, but I basically agreed with the salesman on a specific vehicle and a price before even getting there. When I got there at 5, the truck was waiting on me. I test drove. They actually gave me 1K less than price we had discussed because there was a new rebate that morning. The truck was what I wanted and what I expected. They offered me right at the expected value of my trade in. I feel like it was a good deal because I'm sure they still made money but I got a price I was comfortable with (much lower than msrp btw). Closing did take a little while but this is the industry in general. I was out of there just after 7. Offered the post deal "stuff" but not disgustingly aggressive like some. My wife and I came to Everett to browse the Buick Enclave models as we had been considering buying a new vehicle. Robbie Keel was the salesperson that greeted us at the door. He was a knowledgeable, no-hassle salesman that endeavored to make our experience pleasurable. We really had no intention of purchasing a car that day; however, Rob asked if Everett could make an offer on our trade. The 2012 financing rates were at 0% to help clear inventory and we thought we would look at your offers on our trade and the vehicle we wanted to purchase. I explained to Rob that I usually did not operate this way as I like to have two dealers provide me with their best offer. Then apples to apples, on the same vehicle, the winner takes all as I don't like to sit around haggling. I usually walk out of a dealership twice before buying a new vehicle. I must say that the sales manager, financing people, customer service people, and Rob made the whole experience gratifying. I felt the first offer was a good deal because I knew the value of my trade-in and approximately what could be realistically bargained with from the new vehicles MSRP. There was no pressure from the finance people to add extended warranties or GAP insurance although they made a prodigious effort to make sure we understood the options available to us. The customer service representative went over On-star, Sirius radio, and our overall encounter with the Everett staff to make sure we had a gratifying experience. The involvement with your team was excellent from start to finish and you should be proud of that accomplishment. They lied to me after making the deal on the phone. They knew I was a use car dealer from Missouri I drove 4 hours to trade for the new 2019 Gmc Denali had the paperwork all signed. When I notice they didn't list on title my business name I ask them to put in my business name. The salesman brought out the finance manger he inform me they couldn't sell me a truck because I was car dealer. I said then put the title in wife name then inform me the deal would not be the same and would lose money on the deal.
