They immediately helped us diagnose our truck's problem and, when it became apparent we needed a new starter, squeezed us in for work the same day! At that point we figured that our original plan for the day was shot, but they managed to hook us up with a U-Haul truck so we could pick up the furniture as planned (and they gave us a deal)! By the time we made it back to drop off the moving truck, our truck was all fixed and ready to go! So ... what could have been a really frustrating, unproductive day was super easy and efficient all thanks to D & M Service Centre Ltd. in North Kentville!

I finally left just before 9:30! A simple wheel rotation should not take this long. If you have kids I would not recommend bringing them to the waiting area. The staff may not be aware that their profanity laced yelling in the bays can easily be heard in the waiting room. I'd rate this shop a zero. They don't deserve the one star I selected.

They won't take responsibility for their mistakes, which is a hallmark of good business dealings. i am left with a ruined custom rim because they insist I hit a pothole in the 5 km driving from their business to my home somehow impossibly damaging my rim and not my tire. i was called a "scammer" and laughed at by front desk staff. spare yourselves the disappointment.

My wife had her car towed to Butts Auto Service. It would work for several days, then just cut out…read moreat random times and not start again. You could wait a day and then it might start and work for awhile again. It was intermittent. They hooked up their computer while it was running again and it recommended a new battery and spark plugs. My wife trusted them and said okay. They installed them and told my wife to pick it up. When I finally had a chance to call in (as I was working before), I stated that there is more to it and the car will just cut out randomly. Keep the plugs, but I don't think we want to buy batteries and other upkeep maintenance until we find out what the actual problem is. They said they would call back when they find it. I said ok. A couple hours later, I get a call from someone different and they said "We understand that you don't want spark plugs or a battery in your car. So we took them out. We don't deal with people like you. You can come and pick up your car". I swore and told them where to go. I would like to warn others because it is very hard to find anyone in this business that you can trust. And this place, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. You have been warned!
