As far as efficiency is concerned, I would give it a negative rating. It took 150 minutes to change 4 tires. That's equivalent to 37.5/tire. Not a good average. They were large tires was the excuse. I can appreciate how large my tires are compared to a Honda Civic as I own a large SUV. However, I usually have "@ home" tire service and the individual who swapped my tires in the spring, on uneven pavement, pulled it off in 45 minutes flat. My vehicle did come with a factory tow package and an existing 4 way-wiring harness but no port under the dash to connect a brake controller wiring adapter. Hence the installation of a trailer brake controller is a rather time consuming and somewhat challenging job on this vehicle. Not only can it look awful when done wrong it can also be a dangerous undertaking if not wired right. Various additional wiring/cables needed to be routed from the back of the vehicle to the front, circuit breakers needed to be mounted , a seven-way connector plug had to be installed and the actual brake controller unit had to be mounted in a suitable location in the cab. My main concern was a clean, factory-like looking installation with the perfect mounting positions for both the 7way connector and the unit. The technician listened to my concerns and showed me various options for the mounting locations of that brake controller unit. I was most pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle, the installation was done as close to perfection as possible and exactly the way I had wanted it.

They even charged me 4$ on supposedly having refilled my windshield fluid without even asking me if I wanted a refill and what the cost would be. Their business is definitely not kosher and very dishonest, even what is consider professional thieves. When I stated that I was neither asked nor agreed to have a paid refill windshield fluid, the owner was quick to offer, "oh we can flush back out the 4l we put in", yeah right. I would not recommend their shop if with an oil change they would rip you off, imagine what they would do for other type of work.
