Decent hiking here. The main trail (Trail "1") loops the area for approximately 3 miles of moderately challenging hiking paths. When I hiked the path with my family, we started Trail 1, going left at the first path fork. Path 1 can be quite muddy at times, and being well travelled by horses, the mud can either be deep, very wet, or make the path quite rugged to walk, even on level ground (and of course, lots of horse "evidence" along the way to step around, by the way). Going around the entire Path 1 loop however, we got very confused near the end, when the path opened up to an open field. So the hiking path could use some better trail markers, there. This led us out to some farm-land, which was down the road from the trail head parking lot. read more
