I immediately called because I just knew this lady didn't know what she was talking about; I was proven wrong she did! She took all my info and set me up in the system to save me some time. I went in the next day and just knew I was going to get the bait and switch WRONG!! Bc the dealership quoted me an extra $100 on the same service. Her husband immediately started working on my car, checked on me to make sure I was ok and even explained what procedures were being done. He then said I'm doing a diagnostic on your car to make sure there aren't any problems that you don't know about. Wait, WHAT and he didn't charge me for this diagnostic. He then said I'm not trying to beat people up on the prices WHAT?!! Who are you and where have you been all my life regarding my cars?!! This is my new best friend. Oooh did I forget to mention he and his wife are knowledgeable, professional, precise and it doesn't feel like a "mechanic shop"! I feel totally comfortable leaving my car and I've never said that about any mechanic. This is my new go to place!!

I took my truck there because it was skipping. They had my truck for 3 months with me checking on it every week. I was told it would be fixed by the end of the week every time I went in. I was told there was a problem getting a part however when I called the distributor I was told there was a one day turnaround and no delays due to COVID. After 3 months of being lied to, I went in and found my truck behind the shop in total disarray. Many parts had been removed and thrown in the back of the truck which had about 3 inches of rain water in it. There were also greasy parts thrown inside my truck on my leather seats. I immediately left and called a tow truck to remove my truck. I returned to the shop and told Mr. Allen, owner, that I was removing my truck. Upon hearing that I was removing my truck; one of his employees began swearing and throwing tools around the shop. Mr. Allen was 3 feet from myself and his employee yet he never intervened or stopped his employee. There were other customers who witnessed this outburst. Because of the violent outburst and behavior of the employee, I waited next door for the tow truck and removed my truck. I took it to Halls Bridge Automotive and was told that it was so destroyed that it would cost over $1,000 just to replace the parts that had been thrown in the back of the truck and inside. Even if I would have paid to have it put back together; there was no way of knowing what else had been damaged and the cost were likely to be several thousand of dollars. My truck was destroyed and had to be sold for salvage. I filed and won a lawsuit against Mr. Allen and this business in October 2020 in Butts County. Despite having a judgement Mr. Allen has not paid the judgment or attempted to make payment arrangements. I now have a lien on this business and personal property. I plan to pursue having his business license suspended until my judgment is paid. I would expect a business owner would have more integrity.

Why in the world would you advise the customer to schedule the service, plead to give the shop 2 weeks to honor the commitment and then NOT honor it at all and provide no real reason out side of BAD MANAGEMENT. If you cannot honor a scheduled service then why would anyone allow you to work on their vehicle. Great opportunity to open another auto shop in Jackson, HUGE demand.

Instead, he took it to FRANK'S AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE AND TOWING, where it appears to have sat accruing storage fees while we tried to locate it! Two days later, the $250 (under the table quote) had inflated to $1310.00 when they saw they could get a fat insurance payout. Our intention was to save a double tow charge. Instead, we let these crooks have a go at our expense. Don't call these people unless you've exhaused every other possible avenue. And make sure you're carrying a butt-load of cash.

Hills was referred to me by another shop, as someone with the ability to deal with this ( not a common issue, but, also not something a LOT of other tire shops can deal with ). I was both amazed at how fast it was, and how reasonable it was, to get this repaired. they let me know upfront there was a slight labor uptick, due to some extra effort/mechanical parts being involved, told me when it was ready, asked if i wanted to pick it up then, or leave it overnight ( was late in the afternoon ). I can say i am DONE with Sams Club tires.. you THINK u save money.. but.. no, not in the long run, which is when it counts and adds up. didnt mention the reason for the repair in the first place-- a nearly new tire i got from Sams, "came apart", on this rim. and when replaced, they screwed up the lugs, didnt mention it, and, i wasnt aware of it for months, until i tried to get the paid for tire rotation/balance done.. they couldnt get the wheel off.. so yea.. go with the PRO's.. and counter service/phone call/service people i spoke with-- all were more than courteous..
