I just don't know why anyone would use another bank. Bank of America has so many easy to use bells…read moreand whistles and it great. And I keep a pretty good balance in there so I never have a problem in case there are fees. My online banking is effortless and easy to use. I pay all bills out of this account and I love it. Every time I go to the Bank Of America In Medway there are great people who quickly and expertly assist me. My one drawback? I don't live in Medway and the location is in a strip mall that is not the easiest to get to. I would respectfully suggest that they move to Mills. Into the old location where Middlesex Savings Bank was. This location is right off Route 109 and doesn't have a 1/4th of the traffic and congestion of the Medway location.

I could go on much further in my praise for this institution but let it suffice to say it is so much better than dealing with a 'big bank'. When you call, they know the person, not just the name on the screen. And you know who's on the phone with you too. I joined a long time ago and have never found a reason to conduct my banking anywhere else.

I popped in to this location to let them know i'm going to Europe. Please don't shut my card off, because every time I go to Europe they lock my card for fraud. I also tried to buy Euros and Pounds. But apparently they no longer offer this service. They used to though. They were utterly confused as to why I'd want to fly into Europe with foreign currency. Blank looks and fluoride stares. As i'm waiting for my flight I get a notification that my account and card are locked for security purposes. I wasted stressful hours trying to get them to fix it. Unfortunately the employees here don't speak English all that well. Typical of Citizens bank. When I came back in they were completely confused as to why I was upset that they shut my card off. They admitted that they made a mistake, but did not offer ANY apology what so ever. Also 4 times in the past month the ATM has been out of service. Typically on a Friday when i'm trying to make business and personal deposits. The hours are so slim that I have to use the ATM. It's also 100x quicker using the ATM than going in and speaking to an employee, who might try to sell you a refinance at 7% (when I have a 2%) I also bank with Rockland and DCU and literally have never had any of the issues I have with Citizens.

It gives me personalized service and everyone is so helpful when I go there to do both personal and business banking. It even has a free coin machine to turn in coins and has popcorn and treats available. I hope it is around for many years to come and I can imagine competing with the big guys such as BOA it can be tough, but you can't get the personalized service you do at this bank.

They promised it was on the way and said, if it didn't show up... I would have to go to a branch. After waiting patiently over 6 months they had my money, I went to this branch. After a long wait to get to the manager- she does what? Call the customer service line. Err I could have done that. She said that since the offer was "internet banking" they didn't know anything about it. I told the manager I wanted to close my accounts today and she said, I wouldn't be able to because the bonus would have to come into the account I opened. So, TD Bank, gets to keep my money indefinitely while it promises me a bonus I should have gotten *months* ago? How is that my problem? You can cut a check for me - because it was YOUR error. She said she couldn't. I told her close my account. Bait and Switch. I will never darken this bank's door again and if you think you are going to get your bonus.. good luck. They will just play stupid and never give it to you.
