So so so disgusted with this daycare. I worked in the childcare industry for over 6 years on and…read moreoff and am really disappointed by how my son was treated. Went off of a recommendation from a friend...I was put into a situation where I needed daycare in a short amount of time and this facility had an opening so I enrolled him against my better judgement..My son went there for 3 days ..he was not taken care of properly. The first day...I picked him up...the teacher that had him was sitting in a chair while there were babies and toddlers running all over the place half dressed..dirty...crying...my son is 15 months old...so I guess they combine infants and toddlers at the end of the day so my son's teacher could leave...I got him home and changed his diaper...when I took him that morning..he was 100% fine...i got him home and changed him...he had a diaper rash so bad his butt was bleeding...had dried poop on his bottom and in the diaper...I contacted the director and told her what i found, she said she was sorry and would make sure he was cleaned properly...i was lied to about what he ate and how his day went...i was first told he didnt eat well...and when I picked him up the "teacher" said he ate really good and had a great day...I said...thats not what I was told earlier when I called to check on him. I also packed a blanket and fitted sheet for his cot that was never used the 3 days he was there...so..my son slept with no blanket or sheet...second day...his father picked him up...so..im not sure what state he was in..dad said he seemed ok...last day...i walked in...same teacher...my son was screaming his head off along with another child and they were both sitting at the table...my son had a cup of milk sitting in front of him...WHICH WASNT EVEN HIS CUP...other children were in bouncers...swings and exersaucers CRYING...2 BABIES were crawling on the floor CRYING and she was sitting in the same chair..i said why is he sitting in the table...her reply was...he had a bad day and was throwing a fit.......so. i got him out and said to her...thats not what i was told when i called. I was told he had a great day...he was not "throwing a fit" she needs to be fired. Who says that? .there was a younger girl working in the room with her...she didnt know who i was and thought i had another child at the center...same room and acted like she was going to get that child ready to leave with me!!! I told her that child was not mine....that blew my mind...I got my son home....immediately changed him...he had a huge bite mark on his thigh...i was livid. No one told me crap about what happened. My protocol when i was a teacher..was...when a child got bit..i called the parent...let them know it happened and filled out an incident report for them to sign and have a copy of. Called rosie...nobody knew jack crap about what happened...no incident report...nothing...the center is dirty...my son was dirty when i picked him up. Do not send your small children here. I took him out of this place. I am so disgusted with the way things were handled.

I've never had a bad experience at this daycare! I love it and my kids have gone since they were…read moreinfants and now are school agers. If something did come up the teachers and directors always informed me and did what they could to fix the situation. The teachers are awesome having to put up with some of the horrible kids that I've seen while picking up my own children. I always see some sort of cleaning going on. They are extremely nice and always wish myself and my kids a good night. You want to go to daycare know that there is a high possibility that your child will be hurt.... It's daycare! Know that small mistakes will happen! Blame the state of Ohio for ratios. But like I said before the teachers and director always relayed any situation to me. My kids love it there even after 6 years!

My daughter was at this daycare for a little over a year, from 12 weeks old to 14 months, and in my…read moreexperience it was very disappointing. There was a lot of staff turnover during that time, and I personally felt that the constant changes and lack of stability weren't supporting her development. At one point, we were even asked to keep our children home one day because they were so short-staffed, and we were not offered any reimbursement if we kept them home. This added to my overall concerns about this center. She remained in the infant room the entire time, and by 14 months she still wasn't feeding herself or walking. Based on what I was observing, I became worried that the environment might be contributing to her delays, and we ultimately started feeding and physical therapy because of those concerns. Since moving her to an in-home daycare, I've noticed a dramatic difference. She has really blossomed; she has learned to feed herself and is now so close to walking. She comes home happy and laughing, whereas before she often came home upset and crying. Looking back, my only regret is not making the decision to remove her from this environment sooner.

We had our child enrolled at Kids R Kids for over 3 years before we pulled out due to staffing and…read moresafety concerns. Do yourself a favor and look up this location's records on the Ohio DCY website to review the complaints and infractions before considering enrollment here. This location's license has been in the ENFORCEMENT status for over a year now, which means the state intends to revoke their license to operate. During our time at the school it became clear the main priority of the director was to make himself look good to the owners (who we never met in over 3 years). Our concerns were not taken seriously enough, and after several safety concerns and inappropriate actions by the staff involving our child we immediately left this school. Constant staff turnover means children from different age groups are combined into the same rooms together and no curriculum gets taught to the kids. With so many administrators in the front office you'd think they could solve these problems. Perhaps if they took half the energy they spend on policing their social media pages to scrub any honest comments left, and put it into fixing the issues they're faced with every day, they might have a successful facility.
