After going back and forth, they said they could meet at 11 am on Saturday. Now, Saturday came, my husband was in the online meeting room, but nobody showed up. He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.

He was very flexible with us, i.e. was willing to list our house for more than he thought it would get and was willing to put in an offer on a new house for much less than the asking price. After we closed on both houses, he went out of his way to take care of a small issue we had with our new house.
