The company I work for has a dedicated office space with its own keycard entry, custom signage, kitchen, conference rooms, individual and shared office spaces. I believe the building/management has options as well for more flexible coworking spaces, virtual offices, etc. The main entrance and atrium is light and beautiful, professional and aesthetically pleasing. It makes this building a nice place to host client meetings. There's a cafe on the bottom floor. I haven't checked it out, but it looks like it is open during meal time hours potentially. Multiple "wings" and elevators to traverse the floors. Ample parking all around the building. Conveniently located off the freeway, and many dining options in short driving distance. (Not much in walking distance.)

I don't remember having a land line for quite some time. I Google'd temporary office space and Regus came up The have 4 locations near Royal oak and all but the one in Novi were sold out. Sold! I arrived and the staff are very friendly and proceeded to give me a tour of where everything is located. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are included and they gave me quite a large room. I was located next to construction work being done and I asked if I could move and they checked a handful of rooms to make sure I would have quite. I paid just over 100 for 1/2 day and overall am quite happy. I'm going back in a few weeks and this is a nice option.
