I currently have multiple accounts with TTCU. * Excellent variety of services * Excellent rates * Website is easy to navigate, intuitive, & is reliable * Professional staff * Highly-skilled, attentive Tellers * Security-conscious * Remarkable Customer Service "can do" demeanor * Great Drive-Through service * No-Fee for QT ATMs I've recommended TTCU to many friends & family members due to the high quality of service & amenable communication. They've been in business for close to 90 years. Branches throughout Northeast Oklahoma. No-Fee for QT ATMs Each staff member works diligently to serve members in the very best way possible. Great company that contributes to the community and really supports its employees! I truly enjoy banking at this credit union.

I finally noticed when I only had $5.06 left and called and closed my account. I was never told about this when I opened the account although I'm sure it is in the fine print somewhere. I really don't think it's a good way to do business. I'm sure I'll be getting my auto loan from someone else the next time around.

I was a Prosperity Bank customer for years. I had both business and personal accounts here and…read moreopened accounts for my kids.(20 years ago) Since then, I have moved my accounts to First Oklahoma Bank b/c they were just more customer friendly. Anyway, my youngest son still has his accounts here. I recently did lent him money to buy a car. He wrote me a check to pay the loan back and the check came back NSF. He had the money in his other account. I understand a bank doesn't have the responsibility to call every customer to tell them to transfer funds...but my bank would have. Why? Because they value me and value my business. But, that isn't the end of the story. He transfers the money and writes me a new check. Several days later my bank calls to let me know that the check had a "stop payment" on it. I called my son to verify he hadn't placed the stop payment. (Of course he hadn't) So, my son and I met at the Prosperity branch to get a cashiers check and I met with the branch manager to discuss what had happened. I asked her why the bank put a stop payment on the check...she denied doing it. After several minutes looking at the account, this is what she told me: A year ago, the bank made the decision to stop allowing checks to be paid out of savings accounts and this was a savings account. How was my son to know? ‍. He can't know if no one tells him. I asked why no one had called to let him know a year ago. She said, I don't know...he's not part of this branch. His branch is on Utica, maybe ask them. I asked why they would not reach out to contact him after the first check was written on a savings account to let him know he can't do it...She had no answer. I asked why after the second check was written would they not reach out to let him know he can't write checks on aa savings account...again, no good answer. So, what is missing? Customer Service? COMMUNICATION? A bank concerned about something other than profits? ALL THE ABOVE! Come on people. I am happy to pass out compliments to people and businesses when applicable. But, this bank really has lost the community ideals. It's just about the money...not your money, their money. So, you want a good bank? Try First Oklahoma Bank. They really do care.

Great people and I feel like a valued client. The 81st & Memorial location is my favorite!read more
