    2019 Hyundai Santa Fe

    Large selection of cars. Very clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Car buying process took just about 3 hours including 2 test drives.

    Traveled from Los Angeles to Tulsa to purchase an SUV. I've purchased several cars from various corporate/independent dealers in six different states but this experience surpassed all my previous. Dylan was very resourceful in prepping all documents, registration, and loan details in advance of my quick visit, answering all my questions/concerns. He was extremely creative in working with my tight schedule and helping resolve all finance details with my bank. When I arrived at CarMax, Corey greeted me with a very welcoming vibe and walked me through CarMax's rigorous inspection process on all vehicles. Corey took his time addressing my extensive questions and it eliminated the few doubts I had of working with CarMax. He also suggested a few good dinning restaurants while I was visiting which I really appreciated. Lastly a shoutout to Ashton who was detailed in walking my through the installment contract.

They "fixed" it and we took it home and the next morning the light came back on, we took it in and they sent it across the street to the Toyota dealership for a week. Then we got it back, WITHIN 24 hours, the check engine light came back on AGAIN. Drove it back up, they sent it to Toyota for another week. Barely able to tell us what was done. Luckily we ran the code before taking it back the second time. Now, we have had it in our possession for just about 2 weeks and the check engine light came back on WITH THE SAME CODE they had never resolved and it's now having trouble starting. I would NOT recommend buying from here. Lazy work, no real fix. The light coming on before leaving the lot the first time tells me they just cleared the code before selling. Dishonest.

    I was scheduled for a service call today to check out my speakers in for a recall and I have…read morescheduled this appointment on Friday which would've been May 29 anyways I get there Monday, June 1 at my appointment between nine and 930 and I get there is some young kid with glasses came over to me and asking my last name so I gave him my last name then he was looking at his little clipboard and what was I so I told him why I was there and I had an appointment that he asked me for my first name my full name so I gave full name. Well he still couldn't find me so I already I'm already just a little upset right now because like what's going on so then he proceeds to tell me he was going to go into find his service manager and I said what do you want me to come in and he was like no no no just stay right here so I was like I'm going back to my car and car so then some young guy came out and asked me what was I there for? What service do I need and at this point I'm just pissed off and so I told him about their service and I told him about the whole car buying process so everything into this one little conversation say I didn't get my my appointment because I was already upset and I said let me just leave before I say too much and then it'll just be but I'm telling you from our car up until I've not been happy with Jackie Cooper Nissan. I mean they messed up my car I mean our paperwork got all jacked up. They changed the date of the so-called purchase of the car when we bought our car in February but they said they changed it messed up our paperwork so they changed the Beethoven like March 13 which was a lie so you get our tag situation take care so and then I had a service call because I have an accent lighting button in my car and supposedly I am supposed to have the colorful lights in my car. I take it in and of course they say oh no no no you're not supposed to have I'm like why do I have these two buttons in my car so therefore that didn't get taken mad anyhow so it's just been one bad thing after the I'm just not happy with Jackie Cooper Tulsa Nissan. They suck and told my husband I'm not taking my car back there. I said you can take it in, but I to take it there anymore.

Charlie makes the experience great with his friendly attitude, easy dealing with great prices and no games! He took us on a couple of test drives and helped us to select a good model with great gas mileage for Dale to drive to work. He is on the top of his game and always provides excellent service to us. We also had a great financing experience with Ryan Knight who made it the easiest purchase I have ever made. This is the only dealership to buy a Ford from so be sure to ask for Charlie and get the car you want with a great buying experience and no sales pressure...........just service to the customer and helping to meet the customer's needs.

    Bill Knight Body Shop fraudulently used incorrect parts on my classic vehicle without informing me…read more They thought I wouldn't notice. When I did notice they refused to remove the incorrect parts and replace them with the correct ones. They blatantly defaced and devalued my car by their actions. Their so-called big shot named Greg continuously gave me the run around,wouldn't return my calls and ignored me. I was never presented a copy of the original estimate they sent to my insurance company. They kept my vehicle for 18 months sitting outside in the weather causing my leather front seats to deteriorate and crack. My car had always been garage kept. I even supplied them with a brand new car cover to protect the car while they were screwing around. When I finally got the car they had damaged it with their buffer. I'm seriously considering calling one of the tv stations to see if they can help me get something done to get all the correct and missing parts put on my vehicle. If I were Bill Knight I would be ashamed of having my name connected with the body shop since he 's no longer the owner. BUYER BEWARE!!! They are not very trustworthy!
