In that 22 years, they claimed I had too many new cards so they shut off my debit card access! They claimed it was Master Cards fault! I claim it was them! I had to have another bank account do I had access to my money. These fraud claimd always happened on Friday and usually on a long weekend. This bank is a joke! I had to transfer all my auto pay accounts! Beware of low hanging fruit! I transferred all my accounts to Bank of America!

Recently sent checks to pay our loans off we have with true sky. We have a receipt showing a date…read moreand signature from when it was delivered and who received the checks. Almost 3 weeks later we realized money was taken out of our account because true sky has not closed out our loans with the checks we sent. I called to sort this issue out, was told this person is waiting on a response and that I would get a call back, never got a call back. Two days later my husband physically goes to the bank to sort the issue out, he was told to hang tight while they figure it out. He waits for an hour and no one can seem to find the person responsible for these checks and promised my husband he would "call him back", never called back. Going on almost a week with no answer as to why our loans are not closed out with the checks that were proven to be delivered to that location, seriously can not believe we are having to deal with this. Anyone we call has "no idea what's going on". I guess it doesn't matter if we call or go up to the bank we just can't get help because people don't know how to find the person that lost our checks. Insane. So, if you are not wanting to be constantly ignored and want to take a loan out and actually be able to close it when the time comes because of someone actually doing their job, then I recommend you go with literally anyone else but TrueSky.

Unfortunately, I recently decided to get a Midfirst credit card, and thus my troubles began. I had a bad charge on it, but Midfirst will not investigate. I've spent hours on the phone, transferred time and again, but never was able to talk with anyone who could help with my problem. They told me I had to fax papers. There wasn't even a number I could call! This is the worst experience that I've had with any credit card. I highly recommend that you not get a Midfirst credit card.

I had an appointment scheduled when I got there they didn't even have me down for one. Third time I had to go back. I would think they would not want people trying to take your money.
