My initial experience opening an auto loan at this location wasn't great-- I felt the "relationship banker" and I did not have a clear line of communication before I left. But in BOK's defense, I was under the weather and mental focus was at 70% capacity. While I'm still not 100% confident in my personal banker on the loan side, I am positive this branch will quickly and courteously answer any phone call or email in a timely manner. The lobby and exterior are always neat. My usual visits occur during lunch break, and staff is often low which creates waves of long lines (3+ people with 1 clerk).
