I've waited 2 weeks to post this review to try to calm down enough to remove the emotion. Do not…read morebuy from ECA. I purchased a 2023 Dodge Charger from them in June of 2025 for $23,999. I put $1,000 down, and made biweekly payments if $320. In March of 2026 I had to file bankruptcy. I had indicated that I wanted to reaffirm the car note, and continue making the payments on it. I was, at no time, behind on the payments. (All but one were paid early) I went in to make a payment on Friday (April 10th), and found I could NOT make the payment because the finance company had "locked" my account. At the direction of the sales manager of the dealer, I called in to the finance company only to be told to call my attorney. The following Wednesday (April 15th), I came out of a business I was doing computer work for to find my vehicle was missing. I called the police, thinking it had been stolen. Turns out, it had been repossessed by ECA/AAF and they refused to let me reaffirm the loan. My attorney verified he'd not received any paperwork for reaffirming the note, and they wouldn't provide such. I've now lost over $12,000 between payments, upgrades to the vehicle, and Tag, Title, and License on a vehicle they are going to resell for probably $28,000-$30,000. (As of this writing, they are selling the same make and model at $30,000) This should be illegal. Very shady business practice to treat a customer who was NEVER late on his payments that way. Do not buy from them.

I will NEVER do business with this company again. I got a car with them 2 years ago on a 5 year…read moreloan. My husband at the time co-signed with me. I was told as long as full coverage insurance was on the car I would not get charged a $60 collateral insurance charge. Fast forward to this year... husband and I divorced. He moved out and had to be removed from my insurance as he doesn't live with me any more. This company asked me to send my next year's coverage to prove that full coverage is still on the car. The MOMENT they saw my husband's name was no longer on the insurance they tracked on the $60 fee. No warning causing me to have to make only a partial payment this pay period. They state that even though I am carrying full coverage on the car, they are still going to charge the collateral fee because my ex is not listed as a driver or insured! THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THAT WE BOTH HAD TO BE ON THE POLICY, THEY JUST STATED FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE HAD TO BE ON THE CAR. Their employee that sold me this car did not tell me this and me believing what was said did not read the fine print in their contact. They will not accept my divorce decree that states I am now the sole owner as awarded by the courts and refuse to remove the fee. This is a shady company!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I decided to go here and it was a mistake. We were desperately in need of a car and…read morethey gave us one for $500. This was the biggest mistake we have ever made. Within 6 hours of getting this car the transmission went out. They took it to the shop to fix it almost a week ago and they have done nothing for us. First they tell us it should be done on Thursday or Friday. Now when the day comes they say maybe it will be Tuesday. Oh and that if our first payment comes around before it's fixed we will have to make our payment before we can get the car. Obviously this was upsetting since we have spent around $100 for Ubers and rides to work so my wife talked to the manager(apparently also their "hr" as well). This was even more useless because he had the fucking nerve to say "I swear this is causing probably not as much stress as it is to you, but it's a lot of stress on me to" like he has any idea what we are going through. We are both about to lose our jobs because we can't get the car we paid for or some kind of assistance for giving us a worthless car. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service, terrible people, terrible cars. Update: So before we finally got the car the "HR Rep", Chance, tried you tell us that he was going to give us money out of his personal bank account but because I made this review he has changed his mind. We finally got the death trap of a car back tho. It does randomly while driving. They tried to say the battery was loose but luckily we had a friend that knew cars better than we did because there was so much more wrong. He went in with my wife and it was insane how rude Chance was. He constantly tries to brush off my wife like she doesn't matter but our friend made sure it wouldn't happen. He made it a point to question Chance about the situation and Chance is saying he can't give us a new car, can't give us our money back, and can't help us with the situation. Chance and our friend both said that the car is unsafe to drive but Chance still said that we can take the car and bring it back in 2 days to get put in the shop(again with no compensation). This is just a crazy endeavor and it's beyond me how someone can be so ignorant and disrespectful. I will forever stand by my statement of "Terrible service, terrible people, terrible cars."

This place will rob you! They don't care what they sell you. They had my car for a month and a half which made it difficult to get to work. I had to borrow money to get my car back from them! And they didn't even fix the problem. NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. Now the management doesn't even have records of my car being messed up and says there's still nothing they can do. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE

I have been with this credit union for 48 years. In the last 2 years customer service has dropped…read moreoff a cliff. My advise is to look elsewhere, it is too late for me to change. But for the sake of all sanity, do your homework and find a place that still has a crumb of service.

The change from TFCU to WeStreet has destroyed this credit union…read more I've banked with them since I was in high school and I'm now 58. When Tulsa Federal Credit Union became WeStreet, we started having problems. After their conversion, they changed the automatic payments on our home loan to a lower amount than it had been set at for years which in hindsight, makes me wonder if they did it to reap the interest from doing that. Then they set up my new auto loan and failed to complete the steps to setup the automatic draft from my account to pay the loan. Without saying anything about the loan now being overdue from the missed automatic draft, (since they didn't set it up right), they turned off my debit card which was used to auto pay other bills. Once I contacted them and they fixed the auto loan payment problem, I still had to straighten out the issue with the debit card they turned off due to the loan payment snafu they created. Next problem.. I set my automatic loan payments on my vehicle loan to be higher than the required loan payment in order to pay off the loan sooner and decrease the interest. (This is not my first auto loan with TFCU and I never had this problem when it was TFCU). What happens next astounds me. Since I overpay my loan payments, WeStreet determines at the end of the year that the because I've made all these overpayments, that I can now skip three months of loan payments and so, enacts this AUTOMATICALLY without my consent. What does this mean? It means that I'm paying interest on a loan where the balance isn't decreasing because no payments are being made for THREE MONTHS. This is a crooked practice on WeStreet's part when you consider that as a customer, you set these automatic payments up with the thought that you'll never miss a payment. Calling to try and straighten out all of these ridiculous problems is an exercise in frustration as they use a phone tree with the eternal message that 'the call volume is higher than expected' and waiting on hold with them is very time consuming as you'll very likely wait at least half an hour or more. Sometimes you just give up because it would be easier to drive there than to sit on hold through your whole lunch period. None of this nonsense ever happened in the decades this credit union was TFECU. The staff was friendly at TFCU, they knew their business and they treated their customers with respect. I can't begin to imagine why any financial institution would deliberately become what WeStreet has proven itself to be. WeStreet cannot run a a financial organization and they prove it on a daily basis. They also have terrible customer service. I asked them to have a manager call me about this discontinuation of my auto loan payments and after two weeks I've still never received a call. They've now failed to issue payment to our homeowners insurance as part of our home loan with them and as you might guess, this has resulted in a cancellation letter from our insurance company. The same insurance REQUIRED by WeStreet credit union in order to service this loan. They don't return the calls from the insurance company who called repeatedly to try and get the payment so we've had to get involved to get that fixed as well. It's as if a family of clowns is running this organization. If you are looking for a bank, you should absolutely look ANYWHERE else other than WeStreet. If you don't believe me, check their Yelp reviews. If you'd like further proof, open an account and see how well they work for you. I so miss the credit union they used to be before they became WeStreet. WeStreet is absolutely terrible.
