What you need to know is that these folks are the best and you'd be making a monumental mistake if you choose anyone else. The summary of our story is we put a house under contract at the beginning of March, with a closing date scheduled for 4/26. Our other lender couldn't make the deal happen so we got a few extensions and took the file to Landmark on 5/5.
