From stopping at the front desk for help to booking an appointment for an investment and advice, the workers here aren't your typical lacking personality, unfriendly type. They're pretty lively and always super helpful. Jose is the banker I've met with and he's just a charm. Such a sweet and genuine person who wants to help advise in whatever way he can.

The only choice is to actually go down to the branch and then they will tell you that you don't have an appointment so they can't help you.
