I have used 2 men and a truck many times in the past and should have booked with them originally. The office staff is so nice and so helpful, even recommending a restaurant for went I got to town :). They wore out and dumped a lot of our things in the garage even though they were clearly labeled for upstairs or attic. worse than that, they left a significant amount of our belongings at our old house and we had to move them ourselves later. I asked for a call from their mgt to hear my complaint. I was not asking for compensation. They never called. These people pay their crews poorly and overstretch them. Use someone more professional.

I was promised a rate and an hourly minimum. I ASKED FLAT OUT "Is there extra charges or travel time?" and was assured "No." When the movers got there I looked at the clock and said "Ok its now 9:30, we're starting now?" and they looked me in the eye and said "Yes", and when the bill came it was $300 more that it should have been because they actually started the clock when they left the office (and they went to the wrong address first and charged me for that and their return home.) The office didn't care "it was all there in the contract you signed". SO DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON. Read every word in the pages of fine print they send you. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT TRUST. Would never use again.

My house was 1850 square feet plus had a double car garage with extended work area fully loaded with stuff. The movers started at 9 and were gone by 3:45. I moved from WV to SC. They unloaded and had my furniture put back together the very next day and were completely done by early afternoon. There was not a single scratch or any damage done whatsoever to any of my stuff. Also, when they packed my stuff- they organized it and labeled the boxes with detail making t much easier for me to unpack. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this company for anyone moving anywhere in the US. I referred them to a friend also moving across several states and she also was highly impressed. They communicated with me every step of he way letting me know where they were, when they would be there, etc etc. I used the largest truck (26 footer). Filled it and had a little room to spare. He was able to fit me and my husband in the very next day. They rented a uhaul and moved our furniture from our storage unit into our home in 2.5 hours. He was so efficient we were shocked at how fast him and his partner moved with our items. If I needed a move again I would hire them. My son was on a 4th floor apartment the furthest you could be from any door with a move to another apartment complex. I closed my apple watch steps and workout ring more than TWICE today if that gives you any idea... Jordan, Pierce and Kyle have to be the hardest working AND the darn nicest movers in the entire universe. Not one thing was broken, not one wall or piece of furniture was scratched. And they were so kind and cheerful- like how in the tarnation could anyone be so polite and happy while lifting heavy yhings in sweltering Columbia heat all freaking day?? And yet- they absolutely were. We ended up hiring these guys after our original move in date was botched and it was honestly a blessing in disguise. If you need anything moved- call them. They lost all the pieces to my 3 dresser mirrors, they had them mixed up with the wrong dressers and time was ticking. They left some furniture peices at the loading address so they couldn't install 1 set. They were nice young men but they did not have the strength to take some of my furniture upstairs.They really struggled. When reinstalling some of the furniture pieces, they were confused on how to put them back together. I called the manager and told him my concerns that these guys may need one other person. But he said he would have to charge me, instead of just satisfying the customer. It got very frustrating for me as a customer. I will never hire these guys again!
