As I continued to drive, I had a flash of memory that I'd be passing this location. My desire and need for cash will be satisfied. When I arrived, the ATM was different than my regular bank. Was this one newer or older, I couldn't figure it out. It really didn't matter, it gave me the cash I so desperately needed. ATM area, parking lot and the bank grounds all looked good and were well maintained. A good presentation is always important. Funny part of the story, is that when I arrived at the restaurant I learned they were a card only establishment. They did not accept cash. Oh, well. At least I'll have cash for my next adventure.

I would like to see them move a bit faster at both the tellers and the service desks. They have various locations and ATM machines. The credit card interest rates are compatible to other Credit Union's They beat all the banks that I know of. I am not sure about their CD's and Money Market accounts. They seem eager to offer a loan and I never checked the rates to compare, other than credit card. I beltgey do have a reward program for the credit card. The also offer other bank services as well. I say give them a chance, be prepared to wait during peak hours in a line and only fair to ok Customer Service. I never lost a penny and they don't have absurb fees and costs.

And the majority of the problems started in the last two years. About a year and a half ago I turned off overdraft because I was tired of paying the fees. After this was done I kept receiving overdraft. I went back and apparently someone didn't file the paperwork and actually turn the damn thing off. So their agents are incompetent. This bull crap has cost me a couple hundred dollars because even when you can provide evidence that it is their fault they still only can correct 2 transactions. Which is a full on lie. Having seen them correct more for my parents. So the agents at the Howdershell branch specifically have bias and prejudices. Now in the last couple weeks they charged me about 140 dollars in overdraft or return fees. After having explained to them that I did not initiate these transactions and having even contacted the companies that shown on my balance and verified that they do not have record of any transaction, neighbors still would not return my money to me. One of the contacted companies still offered a credit to me while still saying it's my banks fault. This is a bank that treats people with bias and prejudice. This is a bank that aims to steal your hard earned money. This is a bank that lies to you when you try to have a civil conversation. This is a bank that tries to make it your fault when they messed up. My biggest suggestion is to literall never sign up with this bank. And let it burn in bankruptcy.

Mixed Bag.... I am a customer at PNC South Grand branch. I love all the people who work there, they…read moreare very kind and helpful. So then, why only 2 stars? It is against the corporate structure of PNC. First off, they change Branch Manager faster than I can remember their names... at some times faster than at others, but still too often. Next, I have gripes with their banking system. On one checking account, I can see on my ledger what I expect to see: The Ledger Balance, and the AVAILABLE amount. These may be different if a payment is in the process. On my other checking account, they do NOT show the difference. Any checks that are already marked "complete" in the Bill pay ledger, are not separated out in the account ledger. This can be very annoying to say the least when one has lots of pending bills in progress. I have called and asked them to fix this, but nothing is happening. Bad and sloppy IT department. As for the "bill pay" feature, it is clumsy and could be improved (again, bad IT!).. like having a "floating" pay now button, so that I don't have to scroll miles up or down to get to the button when I'm done entering the bill payments.... I have had many talks with managers about these improvements over the years, and nothing has ever been improved. What that tells me is that my justifiable and easy to fix suggestions are not being addressed. There are two or three more concerns along the same "impractical/user unfriendly" lines... but this is long enough! Thanks for your time!
