    The therapist I worked with started out deep enough, I'll credit that. But then she created her own…read morebattle on my behalf and decided to help with what she decided to be the problem, not what I originally stated and(later repeated needed) attention. When I tried to end the process, got talked into increasing frequency, which i reflexively agreed to, later realiziing that I was stepping into the same hole. When trying to to cancel by sending a message, the message didn't go through, resulting in a no-show fee. Later found a cancelltion button, not nearly as visible as the messaging functionality. Sequim Counseling itself is a disaster. Changing the patient portal continuously without fixing the problem of requesting payment souces which the system already had. Terrible color contrast on the website does not make life easier. I cannot tell if then inability to send messages to the provider to cancel the appointment is a bug or a feature. I've seen enough bugs in software to imagine it being a bug Back to the counsellor. Good conversationalist, some good thoughts and valid pushback, not just a whining session. But the inability to actually listen, not just hear, is a problem. I still think the therapist would deserve 2 stars, it's not easy to make it work . But combining with the organization's practitces, it came back to 1.

The counselor I worked with was great and it's sad they lose patients because of a messed up billing department.
