I walked in intending to make a quick purchase and ended up leaving without buying anything because…read morethe customer service was honestly ridiculous. There appeared to be only one employee working, and she spent approximately 15 minutes explaining to one customer how to clean a glass bong. I completely understand helping the customer who was there first, but during that entire time she never once acknowledged me or the other customer who was also standing there waiting. No "Hi," no "I'll be right with you," no indication whatsoever that she even noticed we were there. I wasn't asking her to abandon the customer she was helping. A simple acknowledgment would have been basic customer service, and there were plenty of opportunities to pause the lengthy explanation long enough to quickly ring up a purchase. After waiting and being completely ignored, I finally walked out and took my business elsewhere. When customers are willing to stand there patiently, the very least they deserve is to be acknowledged.
