This is the worste. They are thieves, doubled charged, twice, and delivered food almost 2 hrs late. Never saw food. And Front Desk denied ever rec. Deleivery. Stay away. I am turning the charges over to fraud. Promised to reverse, but, never did. They charged me after 4, when they were closed. StAY AWAY. First and last time I'll ever order from this clown establishment. Just straight all around horrible food, horrible business, WAY to expensive. The manager literally threatened me to come to their store the confront him "face to face" because I was unsatisfied with the product. They took 2 hours to deliver the food, it was cold, melted through the plastic probably due to hot oil (chicken strips). The fun part begins when I told them they gave me jalapeños instead of mozzarella sticks and this "operations manager" aka a clown, proceeds to tell me the payor, " that's what happens when you don't pick up your phone and order online" *trying to justify me not picking up my phone 2 minutes prior to him sending that because I was going to let him have it, and I didn't want to waste my breath.* I will prove my call logs and text messages that will show in no way was I contacted whatsoever to approve, or disapprove this substitution. This could have grave consequences for a customer that isn't expected a f***** jalapeño..... Needless to say, they used money that I paid for a specific product and when they didn't have it, they illegally and unethically decided to elect the other option. I don't understand in what line of business that is acceptable. The "operations manager" continued to text and harass me and I had some pleasant words for him, he proceeded to threaten me because he's a security guard. Awful business. Awful food. Awful customer service. EVERY review I've read negatively allll have the same points from all locations. Crazy. ALL locations have commonality in how terribly ran this business is. *OKC Location. Do not order. We ordered our food at 2:57 am....have called multiple times to see when the ETA was. Each time we placed a call it went straight to voicemail that had not been set up yet...or whenever they decided to pick up they told us it would be a 5 minute wait. Here it is 4:00 am and I'm texting this to say we have not received our food yet! When the manager finally gave us a call around this time he put his two cents in that we the customers were being rude and that he didn't want to talk to us anymore all because we asked where our food was yet again. Your Bethany location consists of rude vulgar employees..I've never been or felt more offended by a restaurant as I do tonight. My husband's called in an order for your new Bethany location. After attempting to order with the new female who has NO IDEA how to do her job the main man we have ordered from the last 2 night's in a row. So we place our $30+ order. 3rd night in a row Then we got a message from the store telling us to hold off making our order cause we are "fucked up". Followed by an apology text. Even then we went out in covid 19 to support our local business just to sit in front of the store. Lights on door locked. Sign says on delivery. Literally took us 7 minutes to get to thre location. We were told to ne there asap. Then manager texts after we have already waited at the location for 10 minutes and have driven home and gone to bed asking if we still want our order. I explain after the vulgar text and waiting at the location we don't want thre order. Manager then makes it a point to tell me I have a bad attitude and they don't want people with attitudes like mine. Again this is the 3rd day in a row we've order over 30 in food. I am sadden to think I actually supported this company. I have talked them up and handed out menu's just to be sent vulgar messages. I should mention 1st visit our order took over an hour even though we placed the order at the location and waited for our food. (had to wait four them to go buy bacon to complete our order) Second visit. Food was up and ready but had to wait another 15 minutes for them to locate the credit card reader. Worse Place for first time guest at the okc location. Received a flyer on my door so Ordered this food for three people the landfill and two chicken tender combos literally yesterday 4/19 at 6pm when they open. I ordered online and as soon as my order was complete it said the wait time was 75 mins. How is this possible when you've just opened for the business hours of 6pm-4am or you literally have no drivers. So i called and got carry out instead. Got home ate the food, and here's the best part. All three of us who ordered got food poisoning today 4/20. All of us have been throwing up since last night due to this food. read more

WORST ESTABLISHMENT. We ordered our food 2 1/2 hours ago and still have not received it. Multiple calls to the number and we received a "voicemail" that has not been set up. Finally, an hour later the "manager" called me back and said our food would arrived shortly. When asked about the issue I was told, "your being disrespectful and I could call the owner after 6pm the next day." Needless to say, we still don't have our food but they have processed my $65 payment. Terrible customer service and sadly this place was recommend by the Sheridan Hotel, which I have called corporate and made sure to put them on the black list for future guests. This is the worst restaurant around, my food was cold and the bread was soggy wet and the food sucked

This might be the worst food decision I've ever made. It all started on a recent Thursday afternoon. I came home to a flier on my door advertising a late night delivery restaurant that served the standard "drunk food". I showed the menu to my girlfriend and before long we were looking forward to our first order. Fast forward to now; we're drunk and it's time to indulge in glorious drunk food. We fire up the app and order chicken strips for the lady and The Landfill for the man. The excitement builds as we construct our drunk feast but we are more than a little disheartened when the delivery estimated are is 100 minutes. We tell ourselves this is a good sign because they're busy. Spoiler alert:we were wrong. After 118 minutes, we finally receive the knock on our door indicating a delivery person. We open up our styrofoam containers and are greeted be an incredibly underwhelming pile of sticky, stale bread and dry chicken. Mom always said to never judge a book by its cover, so it's time to dig in. We go hard for our first bite and the disappointment has reached a summit never before achieved by a meal this late and this drunk. The dry toast, stale cheese, old chicken and soggy fries added up to a meal that will haunt my dreams for years to come. read more
