These two stars are being generous. The "club" is very cute and modern. It could be great. It falls flat because 1. There is a $15 cover. The cover does include free "drinks". Drinks are in quotes because this place does not have hard liquor! All their liquor is wine based and is 20%abv or less. You can buy other drinks but they're also the wine based alcohol So basically things you could buy at Walmart. Hookahs are about $25-30. The music, however is pretty cool. Here on a Sunday and it's mostly Latin trap type music playing. 2. Everyone in this place looks like a child. Not a pair of heels in sight. It's just falling flat. From the beginning, it was a mess. I had gotten in contact with someone to let him know I had around 10-15 people coming in. He told me he'd have seats for us all together. When I got there, no one had any idea of what I was talking about and ended up putting us on a small couch and having to pull up chairs. We ordered hookahs and they were great except the whole night they didn't change our coals not once, but they were changing everyone else's. We were there for 5 hours. At the end of the night they come around to charge us and there's already a "9% gratuity" added to everyone's bill as if we had people paying attention to us. The only reason I'm giving this a 2 is because the DJ was a sweetheart and played what we wanted and came over to tell us happy birthday which I definitely appreciate. read more

First time visiting midnight lounge, while visiting Orlando for the weekend. The venue is beautiful, loved the lightening. The night was pretty slow, we were waiting around on a DJ and for people, but while waiting we were taken care of. I don't know the guys name but he was friendly and knew we were from NY lol, he moved there from NY. He gave us complimentary shots and checked on us frequently to make sure we were good with our hookah and drinks. This lounge charges bottle rates more then downtown club rates. They only had one bottle girl working. Hookah came an hour after requested. They are using a fraud system. Do not use bank cards at this lounge. Sound quality was horrible as well. I will never return. read more

I came here for the first time tonight and my bartender/server was Lisa and she was so nice and attended to us every 10 minutes also she fixed our hookah so we didn't have to get a refill. Her drinks were also good cause she has a nice pour I will definitely come back here and hope I have her as a server/bartender. If you're going after 2am dont even bother the security guards are rude af. Then charged a $10 cover fee for an empty club; and then charged and extra $15 just to stay in there. You have to buy a non-alcoholic drink, appetizer or hookah, if not you were forced to leave. Pricing is very shady. When we first got there I asked the greeter if there was a cover charge and she said yes. Ok cool($15) I then asked if I could see the hookah menu before we commuted and she said they don't have one. I asked how much the hookah was and she said $25 for the table. Ok. We pay and go to sit and then some guy stops us and says it's $150+ to sit anywhere. The small little bar is free to sit at. I told him that's not what we were told. He gets the manger I explain everything to him and just tells us to sit. We then get handed the HOOKAH MENU ! We got the hookah, didn't order drinks or anything else. The hookah didn't have the flavor we picked, it taste like nothing. A few minutes after the waiter comes and charges, it's $25 for hookah and $10 for an additional person. It was three of us. They automatically charge 18% gratuity. We stay for about 30 min. Music was ok. They were recording and taking pics of the bottle girls making it seem they were having a blast, the place was dead empty and it was 1am. Horrible. read more

In town with the family and my daughter and her friend decided to check out Midnight Hookah Lounge. They ordered one hookah with one hose for $25 but when they closed their tab they were charged $50, $25 each. The menu even states $25 but the server was adamant that the policy is per person. We have friends who own hookah lounges and frequent others at home and when traveling and NEVER had to pay per person for one hose with two tips. When they questioned the server they were told this establishment charges per person not per hose, which I find hard to believe. I've reached out to the hotel concierge at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, who recommended this place for the ladies to drop by for a nice evening with people their age, since I'm sure they were not aware that this place takes advantage of out of town young ladies. We also had someone call and ask the price and was told $25. Very shady! read more

Hey guys so let me tell you my story. I called ahead at this establishment on a monday, asking if they only charge for hookah, and not by how many people are there etc. Any cover fee? To which they said no only pay for the hookah, doesn't matter how many people are there. Hookah is supposed be 25$. We had 4 people smoke, and they charged us 92 dollars, with no warning of any upcharge at the end. I had friends that didn't smoke, and ordered water just so they weren't sitting there for free. They said they charge you just to be there. UMM. WE CALLED AHEAD OF TIME AND THEY SAID NO COVER FEE OR CHARGE FOR PEOPLE?? We had to argue for them to bring it down, and still charged us $77 dollars. 1 hookah. Not just that, really shitty costumer service as they weren't changing our coals, I had to call the guy 7 times in which half the time he would ignore you, and the shisha was super burnt. I would not recommend this place at all, most of the good reviews are from when they first opened, not anymore. My friends went here before, and they came again with me the same night and told me that it was different how they charged. Literally came for my birthday and it ruined my night. If the customer service was at least decent, I wouldn't have felt like a dumbass being there. If you're a UCF student don't come here, because they obviously don't care about you. If you wanna spend extra money for no reason, go here for the music. Other than that? Any other hookah place won't up charge you without a warning. Do not recommend this hookah lounge to anyone I went for my bachelorette and of course was super drunk it took over 30 minutes to get a hookah and before he even brought it my fiancé went to ask for a refund because I was not feeling to well. Obviously it's my bachelorette I was drunk and needed to go to bed. He refused to do a refund and said that he was getting it ready so we waited but waited another 20 minutes for it to finally come and then we asked if we could give it to someone else because we were leaving and didn't want to waste it since it hadn't been smoked out of and they were not able to do anything for us. For the price you pay get a hookah of your own it's ten times cheaper. Save your money people. read more

My cousin and I came here and had a horrible experience. The lounge looked busy at first, we waited 10 minutes just to receive a menu. Fine no big deal, then we ordered our drinks. Waited 25 minutes for the drink. Again no big deal they seemed busy. We finish our drinks and we waited a whole hour just to be checked up on, while we were trying to get their attention. They avoided eye contact and if they did make eye contact they would walk in the opposite direction. Finally after serving a table of 4 people who just walked in got served their drinks and checked up on twice (we have been waiting an hour at this point) they were there for maybe 15 mins and had their drinks and was checked up on twice (our table was right next to theirs) i finally yelled for the male server to come over and explained to him we have been waiting for an hour to get a drink and he laughed. Offered us shots on the house and another round. We get the shots (warm and tasted like dish soap) he comes back 10 minutes later and asks if we are good. We finally said where are our drinks we just want the check. We get the check and after the horrible service we got from both the female waitress and waiter, they have the audacity to charge a service fee? We paid the bill, gave no tip. And now thinking about it we should have deducted the service fee because it was a horrible service experience. read more

Where do I start, the ridiculous $15 cover charge, the $300 charge to sit in the leather seats towards - which there was no charge 2 weeks ago, or the fact their menus state one price and when you get the bill it's more expensive. Ordered 2 drinks that should've been $20 and they came out to $28 with no explanation as to why. And to top it off, they were watered down and had no taste at all. I can expect to pay $14 on a drink at a club in Miami but not a run down hookah lounge hidden on I Drive. How does the menu state one price and you charge at the register a much higher price? The menus are only there for show and they charge how ever much they want. They are some crooks here. And to charge $300 to sit in their coal burned leather couches and tables? Maybe that's why they were empty all night. We were here 2 weeks ago and they didn't charge us that amount. But apparently they don't know how to do separate transactions which we told them to do at the beginning. And to top it off, they double charged us a drink and didn't give it to us since it was 2am. To say we were livid, is to say the least. I've come a few times to this lounge and every time it gets worse. I will definitely not be back and I will let everyone I know how they are all crooks here. To top it all off, while I was there using the nasty thrown up bathroom 2 girls were terrified inside hiding because a group of guys there tried to abduct them. The guys literally grabbed one girl and tried to throw her in his car. They even banged on the door for them to get out and I was scared for my life. I had to get my fiancé and walk these girls to the car. And when we get back inside Midnight, there was the group of guys hanging out. Please make sure you ask your hookah prices before you order a hookah. We ordered blueberry mint and on the menu the price was 19.00 but I was charged 25.00 with the server telling me they changed the menu and they are only using it for flavor choices. He then tells me they since I got blueberry mint that is two flavors that cost more. Owning my own hookah and knowing multiple people from home who own hookah bars, blueberry mint can come separate but they do a sell a blueberry mint flavor as one. Back to prices, In the future please change your menu, mark the price out do anything but terrible business. Even though the extra 6 dollars wasn't terrible i still would have liked to know the prices before ordering. Also, was told I needed to finish my drink by 2am which I was fine with because I thought since it was going into Sunday they couldn't have liquor out or something. 2am comes and he takes our drinks but doesn't take anyone else's I was so confused.
