Loud booming music at 4am disturbing the neighborhood and resorts in the area. Wrong area for this type of business

I came to the club tonight and received the absolute worst service I was yelled at by a young woman who looked Indian in appearance because I kindly advised a bar tender I did not like my drink it was still completely full. The bar tender asked what I would like instead and I said a shot of Hennessy and an Indian woman said no exchanged and literally yelled at me in front of all of my friends on new years and completely ruined my night! Nice chill spot for a Monday. I was in town on business and this spot was recommended. It wasn't crowded but we were there early (8pm) but as we left a few hours later folks started trickling in. We had the Gummi Bear flavor, but was a little disappointed they didn't have any ice hoses left this week. But the vibe was good! The DJ played a mix of old/new R&B and hip hop music. By the time I was feeling it...it was time to go. Parking: They have free parking. They share the lots with other businesses. So you may need to get there early on a weekend. Food: No food served there but you can bring your own in there. I believe there's a Mexican restaurant beside it and possibly more in that complex. read more

We had been passing by this place for while now, tucked in a small shopping plaza on Kirkman road. This place is cute, we enjoyed the music and the drinks. The Hookahs were small table Hookahs not the tall floor ones we were accustomed to. But they served their purpose. The DJ played a lot of the latest music I don't particularly listen to. But if you want a spot to just chill and hang out this is for you. I do not like the parking lot, it's small and be mindful when you're backing out. read more

Not worth the price at all. I spent $30 on the cheapest hookah, and they didn't even bother to tell us about the b.s. service charge. The hookah was trash, and there was hardly any shisha- it tasted like water. It was also pretty hot inside and overcrowded. I'm a bit of a hookah snob and really only like Starbuzz so was happy to know Alchemy serves this as many other spots in Orlando don't. Second time visiting and found it to be a good experience. Depending on the time and day you are there (weekends are more of a club for teens). The staff was friendly and attentive. They even took requrests for music. Prices wern't to bad and they serve beer. Pros: Good location, great smoke, lounge/club vibe, teen crowd Con: Call before you come the hours of operation aren't always correct. I've been going here for a while. What I like is that they're open until late, it's a nice atmosphere, the service is good, they have a good variety of hookah flavor a and comfy couches. Here's what I don't like, they always play the most ghetto trap music. It's a hookah place, people go to sit back and have a good time, not to listen to blasting rap music. It feels like you're at a club...but you're only sitting back smoking hookah. Hookah is supposed to be relaxing. If they want to expand they should also add a bigger variety of beers. read more

This place is a great chill spot for you to come with friends. I loved how welcoming the staff was. Tuesday , Friday and Saturday are the best times to come. They play a great selection of music here ! It's extremely loud and they also have a dj sometimes. My friends enjoyed their first time smoking hookah. The prices are okay , I paid $5.00 for one budlight. The other drinks are fairly priced. The hookah is a little on the expensive side but they do have a big selection. This is a pretty chill place. We're front out of town and wanted to hit up a hookah lounge and this was the one with the most ratings so we decided to check it out. So the happy hour deals we saw online are only for Thursday's and didn't know. I mean it's not crazy overpriced for the stuff so it's not bad at all honestly. And since it's like next to universal citywalk not too bad. It's a pretty chill place. The beers are cheap so that's a plus! It's a pretty open space and the environment is relaxing. But they don't sell any liquor unfortunately :(. But they do have wine and beer. I would recommend this place if you just want to chill and do some hookah, but nothing crazy read more

This place to me has both pros and cons. Let me start with the pros thou. Pros- the atmosphere is pretty decent, a good spot to get together with friends and kick back. If you not into clubbing and just want a nice laid back place to relax and unwind, while listening to club style music this venue will work. The price is not bad either, I got a hookah and couple drinks and the bill came up to around $50. Cons- the establishment feels like a group a friends came together with the idea of a kick back and are still tweeking to see what works. I walked in and no one was at the door to seat me or greet me. I had to walk all the way to the back to ask for a seat. Customer service needs improvement. It would be good if the workers had on a uniform or some way of identifying them from the patrons. At times I wanted to place an order and did not know if the person was a waiter or customer. I ordered a drink and had to remind the waiter about my order. As I said before, feels like couple friends are trying a business venture and each person is just floating. Not very good structure. I would definitely go back, however improvements are there to be made. I respect young entrepreneurs but it's good when structure is in place. read more

Awful experience! Don't waste your time. We live in Jacksonville fl and visit all of our hookah lounges at least once a week. This area looks great from the outside but the ripped couches and awful service took me back. We were not welcomed when we walked in and decided to seat ourselves after standing at the door for a few mins. Once we picked a spot we asked if it was okay we sat at this table. Her answer was yeah whatever. I'm unsure of the waitress' name that served us but she handed us our beers and asked if we could move tables. I was with a party of three and was asked to squeeze us into one couch to open up for a bigger table. There was multiple tables open for this party. We decided to leave and she charged us a 3 dollar gratuity tip for two beers. Super disappointed. read more

After we tried various hookah spot here in Orlando, we finally found a spot that was worth staying at! We came here just to chill and enjoy some hookah. The staff was great and very inviting. While visiting Orlando we wanted to try a local hookah lounge. So we looked on Yelp. This was the closest location with good reviews. Well the reviews were wrong. I'll start by saying the lady that works there is RUDE. We ordered hookah, passionfruit punch drink, and Myx $52.00. The Myx was hot because they were just starting to stock there fridge for the night(at 10pm). We the guy that took my order didn't tell me it was hot. So I went to the counter to ask for ice. She said "we dont give out ice, that's why we tell you it's hot when you order it." I advised her the guy did not tell me it was hot. She then turned and said "who took her order and didn't tell her it was hot." The guy said he forgot she then said just get it back and give her a refund. The guy then said why can't I just give her ice. The lady got and attitude then said "he'll bring it to you"and went back to stocking the fridge. He brings me the ice and hookah. The hookah was a cheap quality and was harsh (I ordered white gummy and mint). I asked for ice tip they did not have any ready. I feel at 10pm the drinks should be cold and the ice tips should be cold. So overall cheap hookah and horrible service. The only good thing was the music. I've been here a couple times. Great service. Caniyah is such an amazing server. She goes above and beyond. The hookah was great the first couple times I went. I always get the mint flavor. It's the only one that doesn't give me a headache or cause light headedness. The DJ is probably the best in Orlando. She vibe is great. But the last time I went the hookah was weak. I'm not sure why. We've been to a few hookah lounges all around Orlando, but this is by far my fave. They are fast and clean, friendly and pretty relaxed. The flavors are good and the bowls don't burn out so fast. I recommend for a girls night out, a pregame, date night or guys night. You can sit on comfy couches while drinking a couple beers. They do get pretty packed depending on day and time. read more

Went here with my friend on a Friday night. The music was good, played a mixtape of reggae/dancehall, trap and mainstream rap. They don't serve hard liquor, just wine and beer. Hookah was strong and good. We left to go to another bar but ended up going back because google said they were open until 3am. We asked if we could get a hookah and/or drinks and they told us not after 2am, so we just decided to chill and enjoy the music until 3am. We saw one the girls that worked there walked over to the bouncer and whispered something to him. Next thing you know the bouncer then came over to us and told us to leave, no explanation or anything. I even stated to him that according to google, this established is open until 3am. We didn't want to 'create a scene' so we left, still no explanation. As he kicked us out, two other girls walked in and I purposely stood outside and watched it happened. Came to Orlando from out of state, looked on yelp for a good lounge and this showed 4.5 stars, the best near me, but when I got there I was disappointed. I knew the place was small but it's smaller in person, limited seating, hookah was 15 which is a fair price but they don't use the standard hookah, smaller version and the bowl was small, 45 min in the flavor was dying out and they wouldn't take off the bowl and shake and blow into it, they only replaced coals which is no use. Dissatisfied in the hookah and service. Really let down on the reviews on here and will not be visiting this place again. read more

Tried this place at the original location and a week ago at the new location on Kirkman. Seems like it's taken a downward plunge since, service and atmosphere has changed significantly. Took us over 35 mins to fill our order while people walking in got served before us. The atmosphere has changed from a place where all age groups attended to only the younger generation. Music was loud hip hop, too loud to hear anyone around you, including the staff when taking an order. The hookahs did not seem set up correctly, and apparently a switch from Sahara smoke to mya hookahs. Drawing smoke was a challenge, and none of the purges worked on any of our hookahs. Sad to see the change in this place. read more
