They have very good prices. The store is very crowded with items. The clerks are efficient, but not friendly.

There is always someone on drugs or homeless outside of this business and it's very frustrating,I had someone ask to use my lighter and I figured it was for a cigarette but nope pulls out heroin and sits next to my car todo it. Everyone who works here is nice and is willing to help if needing something from the case(s). Don't go here if you wanna feel safe. read more

Not sure why my review was taken down. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sell fake vape products. Green is real, purple is fake. You can easily tell the difference just by looking at the font and charging ports. They called the cops on us when we refused to leave without a refund or real product. We were being civil. Don't go here it will ruin your day. I'll keep posting this if I have to, so it doesn't happen to anyone else. It's not safe to smoke fake products. I have only been here a few times. That said, this is one of the coolest little grocery marts I've come across. The candy/snack/drink options are vast. Like, every flavor of every thing. They have a great vape and head shop selection. Pretty much any vape/smoke/vice type accessory you can think of. They also have great prices, and they're open until the wee hours. I myself really like the staff. They've always been cool to me. The best way to get along with others is follow the golden rule, and it applies to cashiers at mini-marts too. read more

Service is always amazing here. They understand if you're having a rough time in life and work with you to get the best deals possible on vape juice, tobacco products, or other items. Although they don't sell alcohol, I believe it's actually better because this store promotes a better experience than the sloppy corner stores you see time and time again. After doing business with these guys for almost a year, they have lost my business for good. I traveled from Mt. Vernon to this store in Everett for quite a while, and the big guy in there is the only one that has any customer service, but it's rare to see him. They will constantly raise the price, and give you the run around. Always saying next time you will get a deal. I will never again spend a dime there. I would recommend 52nd glass in Everett! Always go there to buy puff bars and literally every other one is broken or doesn't work after a few puffs. They never do anything about it. Make sure to check it before you leave. Or your wasting money. Any other smoke shop I go to never has this many problems with their puffs like this one. Only reason I go here is because it's so close to my house. read more

These guys don't even deserve 1 star. I went in to the store and immediately felt uncomfortable. These men were talking behind the counter and looking at me all weird the whole time. This is one of the lowest end, sketchiest, worst service minded, and grimy glass/smoke shops I've ever seen. All of the employees speak a different language, making it obvious they are talking about all of the customers inside when they converse, pointing and snickering. None of them are helpful, and are in fact, very rude. I purchased a rig, for over $70, only to have a break as soon as I was to put water in it. There was there a hairline crack in it when I purchased it, and another larger crack, which water spilled out of on the bottom. After multiple phone calls and trips down to Everett from my home in Arlington, they reassured me that they would be able to replace it. On our last trip there, they wasted nearly 30 minutes of my time, before telling me that they wouldn't be able to help me like they said they would. They proceeded to smile and laugh in my face, after wasting my time and frustrating me to the point of rage. If you want to go somewhere where you will be harassed by people who do not speak the same language as you, and treat you as though you are a burden of a customer, and this is a great place! Not only do they have faulty rigs, they are all completely ignorant, and have no idea how to manage customer service. I literally cannot think of words good enough to describe how shady, sketchy, and dirty these people are. As a sidenote, their parking lot and inside, is constantly loitered with tweakers and other vagrants. They also have a tendency to sell to people who are under age without proof of ID.
