Sign on the door says no minors. I get it, keep underage teens out of the store. Im a single dad. I walk in the store (it's completely empty) with my 4 year old and I get told "he can't be in here". He can't come in and I can't leave him in the car... tell me how that makes any sense. My advice for other single parents is just go to the store down the street. No issues there. read more

I grew up in Lake Stevens and know the area quite well, I have shopped at every smoke/vape shop within the city. Don't even think about going anywhere else, this vape shop has everything you could need to be a full time vaper. The prices are the best within 20 miles so no need to shop around. Sure you can find a cheap 60ml or 120ml from a random smoke shop, but you won't get consistency and knowledge. Most angry customers are quick to point the finger, but i promise you for every 1 bad review this place has, there are 500 happy customers shopping here, including myself. Went in to get a new pack of pods. Explained to the man at the counter there was a issue with the pods I had and that they were completely burnt after a couple uses, told me it must've been a bad batch and I would have been completely okay with that, however the man helping me was completely rude and said in the rudest way "is there anything else?" And made me feel like just the biggest inconvenience. There are other vape shops where the workers are so friendly and I am able to have conversations with them. I don't know if I'll go back now as the service I got just made me feel like I was the most annoying costumer on the planet. The only shop I'll go to. Super knowledgeable. I'd say ignore the older reviews or negative ones because I haven't had any negative experiences with this shop and am in their on a weekly basis. Their exclusive juice selection is what keeps me coming back. Most the time I let them know what I'm in the mood for and their recommendations have never steered me to a juice I regretted buying. The point program is good for frequent shoppers and I've already gotten huge discounts on new ranks and mods just by shopping. If you build your own coils the knowledge of the staff is unrivaled. Worst experience at a vape shop I have ever had and it keeps getting worse. There is a certain employee who works there that expects me to know everything about vaping and exactly what I need for my setup instead of being informative and helping me they just shut you down and want you out of the store as fast as possible this has happened to me a few times now and I'm never going back there when that employee is working. Though vaporland in everett and marysville gives great service . Be careful when you go to lakestevens vaporland on certain days because you won't get the help you need. Don't waste your time at this location. They'd rather serve people who interrupt customers that are standing outside the door yelling in and stepping in front of other customers because she left her 2 yr old unattended in the car. Then proceeded to curse & sweat and act like trailer trash. As a veteran I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything at this overpriced location. 2 young people running the counter should have told the 19 year old to either come In or close the door & stop yelling across other customers & starting drama. If your going to announce to the entire store you've left your child unattended expect some people will disagree w/your choice. As they may discover discrimination is against the law & serving people like her who leaves a 2 yr old unattended in a truck parked illegally in handicapped is beyond me. If I'd of known I could just order from the sidewalk without verifying age and ID I would of just pulled my car up & yelled in as well.
