My current employer had used them multiple times to fulfill open open positions in our sales department over the years. I first submitted an inquiry through their website back in mid-to-late November... Never got a response. I then called and spoke with a woman named Carol at the Edina, MN location. She advised me to email my resume with my information as a potential candidate for prospective employers for their review. I sent that over on 12/19. Never received an acknowledgement or response. I then sent a follow up email on 12/28. Still have not heard anything. Not sure what kind of operation they are running, but not exactly impressed with their lack of communication/professionalism at this point. I was hoping to go through a local company versus Indeed or other online service where I would get bombarded by emails, but maybe that is the unfortunate route that needs to be taken.
