I do not know if they earned that title, but this location does struggle in the customer service and food industry. This is your normal Little Ceasers location. You have the drink area, you have a pickup portal, and you have to wait! That's why people dislike this location so much. I've been here many times, and sometimes they knock service right out of the park, but as of late, they miss the mark greatly, consistently. Let's take tonight as an example. I used the app to order my food. I tried to ensure that after 40 minutes of driving, my food would be ready to go. I greatly underestimated this location's ability to make me wait for 2 Detroit styled, pepperoni pizzas. That's right, I didn't order anything fancy or anything of abundance. 2 pizzas...2 one topping pizzas. It was an hour between my order time and when they actually put it in the oven. Go check my screenshots directly from the app. I waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. I did not give this location 1-star because how can anyone prepare for being short staffed. They seem to always be short staffed. Given that many people do not like to work, you can not force them to have staffing. Tonight, I watched one woman run all around the store trying to complete as many orders as possible with 2 slowly moving, lethargic youngsters. You can only play the cards you are dealt and try to make the best of the situation. If you are in a rush, do not come to this location. If you want to ensure you get fresh food, you may have to wait, but the food is going to be fresh.
