I've been coming to Midway Lanes since I was younger in a bowling league and the workers they had when I was younger were super helpful, cheered us on, and cleaned up after others.... But now everytime I go in to bowl a couple games I'm always cleaning up after the people who were there before me, tons of bowling balls on the lane, spilt drinks all over the table, constantly having to ask to have the bumpers down... whenever I have to go to the front desk sometimes it takes them forever to help me when no one is even in line, the workers just seem like they don't want to be there. I miss the old midway lanes where the employees enjoy their jobs!! read more

I came in twice and got told the lanes were in use. Then the third time I called to see if they made reservations they said no, so I went in this evening and got told there full. I looked around and only half were full and the place was disgusting. It was dusty and smelt. read more

We went on a Saturday at 12:30pm. The lanes were well lit and the atmosphere was family oriented. We went as a family with 2 kiddos under 10. I also have very slender wrists. I've never been to a bowling ally that doesn't offer balls under 8lbs. Also, we went to the arcade. The pong game had all the lights on and no sign. We should have received the full amount of tickets but it wouldn't register as "won". We told the counter attendant who just shrugged and said it's broken. He wouldn't give us credit. I was a parent volunteer for the post prom party at Midway lanes and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of things to do here. The facility was spacious and clean. Many bowling lanes were available and the staff was helpful. The arcade had a good variety of up-to-date video games. Karaoke was set up in the bar(not sure if they normally do that or if that was just for the school). I will definitely return with the family! read more

This bowling establishment rocks! I take my boys every week to participate in the Parks and Rec bowling program which cuts the bowling expense down to $3.50 a game and shoes are included. We love the fun atmosphere, great music, and having a lane to ourselves as there is plenty of lanes for accommodation. It's a real treat when I let my boys play in the arcade! They have a variety of arcade games. Mondays wouldn't be bearable if not for bowling at Midway Lanes! read more

My family hit this place up for a birthday gig this week. The bowling alley is clean and rad carpets that are apt to glow under the black lights. Two games of bowling and two shoe rentals were around $15. I didn't partake in the typical bowling alley food fare, but it appeared they had plenty to offer. The arcade was larger than most alley's with lots of games and they all worked with none out of order-- hats off, Midway on this one. They have free game cards at local supermarkets and printed on the back of receipts. If we have a winter here like last year I'll be chasing my blues away by throwing some balls here. read more

I love bowling, and these place is pretty fun - and great for kids! They have tons of lanes, and a section with games. They also have a bar and a snack shack. Thunder alley on Friday and Saturday nights with loud music and lots of fun flashy lights. I LOVE the screens that play the music videos. Four stars because regular during the day bowling can get spendy. For three of us to bowl four games plus shoes it was about $56 which seems high to me. The staff seems pretty friendly and I love a friendly score competition with my friends - something fun to do in town! read more

So.... If you are looking for last minute birthday plans for a child birthday party......... I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! They want to charge as much as possible. So when I went to an almost empty bowling alley, and tried to book a birthday party. The lanes were open, and it would have taken the same amount of lanes for the party. They said No, No... It has to be 3 days. I asked what they needed 3 days to prepare, and that we would be happy to forego all that extra party stuff, and just let the kids bowl for the allotted time with ice cream. He absolutely would not let us book the time as a party, even tho they had the room. They wanted us to spend $70 per game rather than be able to let the kids bowl for the allotted party time. Even though their website says "we encourage" you to book in advance, it does NOT say you have to.... They were very NON-CUSTOMER FRIENDLY here. I had the opportunity to stop in to Midway Lanes to visit some friends. Huge place! Very clean and friendly. They didn't know my name, but seemed to know everyone else's name. This places serves it's purpose to bowl BUT the prices are ridiculous for a simple bowling alley. 18 a person ?! Way too high, no dropped down jumbo trons or special effects. The staff is rude, condescending and laughable when the word "professional" comes to mind. Went to request a song told me it would play 22 songs later and then the guy told me there was one way I could make the song play faster in a sexual way..he tapped the tip jar. A tip for what, being a gross asshole no thanks ! They made my aunt give a tip to have seven people play instead of six but the game holds eight players! Wtf!
