They missed screws they bent metal , left trash all over my yard all the time Etc. I had framing issues Plumbing issues front door issues and so on. The only reason they got two stars is because they did come out and fix what they needed to fix but come on, do it right the first time. We have front doors now that are warped and because I sold the house to someone else, they will not back up their work. So whatever you do, still tell them you own the house otherwise nothing is covered. God forbid they should back up their work even if it sold to a new person who is now very unhappy. They have been nothing but trouble. Received a bill and paid it now they send another one saying we owe more money because they forgot to put it on the first bill we paid but yet they still will not replace my door. We was also quoted a price then got the bill only to see the price was higher than the quote because they changed us for cutting the metal which was not in the quote. After calling around other places do not charge for cutting the metal. We will never use them again and will not recommend them. This has been a bad experience all around.

The vinyl siding alone, was about $350.00, delivered to my home, as opposed to $600.00 I would have had to pay the more popular hardware store in the area. The people are extremely nice & helpful. They always have plenty of help when I go in and I have never had to wait around to be accommodated. I usually hate shopping, but this is one store I enjoy going to.

If you want to install a well pump tell them how you want to do it, the employee will set you up with the correct pump the amount of pipe and fittings you will need along with all electrical breakers and cable even the correct filter if needed.
