A caveat - I haven't hired this company as a contractor but I have experienced first hand the time and money (both of which are significant) that they put into the community every year. Based on the charitable experience interaction I have had, it is abundantly clear that this company and the owner care deeply about being a part of the community and about donating money to worthy causes. In a small-ish community, this speaks volumes about how much they care about making a good name for themselves, without figuring out how to put their name out there (so I'm doing it for them on here). Their delivery coordination on equipment doesn't meet its promised times. They don't call you, you have to chase them down, then they tell you another commitment that they don't meet. Frustrating-- they don't seem to value the customers time. They say all the right stuff, but the bottom line is I have found their word isn't good on delivering. read more

We live in Marinette Wisconsin but would never take my Bobcat to anyone except Midway Rental. Nathan and his service team are knowledgeable, experienced and extremely customer friendly. With a problem I could not fix I called Nathan and asked if I could transport the unit up north and top it off for service. Upon arrival they were waiting for me, assisted in unloading from the trailer and even allowed me to keep the trailer in their back forty so I did not have to truck it home. From past experience Nathan had an idea the port used for an oil pressure gauge perhaps had the plug back out and indeed his knowledge paid off. A $5 part and a couple oil changes we were ready for pickup. The cost of repair was extremely reasonable and during the pickup their crew again assisted in loading. Midway Rental is a first class operation and know what quality customer service is all about. I Recommend them to all. read more
