A mouthful to describe a well built, low center of gravity, 1000cc V-twin that will last as long as I have a well-trained team standing behind it, ready for anything that comes along. Thanks guys. Called the dealership, made an appointment assuming that they had to reset the light with their proprietary software. The day before my appointment they called and told me they sold my wheel speed sensor to another customer that did not have an appointment and was a walk in. They did not have another appointment until two weeks later. Show up early for the appointment two weeks later, they start working on my bike right away. Two hours later they are done. During the post repair inspection I noticed the front headlight cover was not fully installed. For $115 per hour shop rate and $200+ sensor I expect better quality and customer service. I'll ride further or trailer my bike next time I need service. Don't recommend.

Found these guys,…read moreeven though they were not able to resolve the issue... we did determine the problem and I was able to fix it myself. I also found out that they tune bikes, and are Harley Davison authorized to change the ECM. So I brought my bike back and got it tuned! Total satisfaction with the bike now! Plan to bring my brother's bike here as well! We are 3 hours from here!! But totally worth the trip! Thanks guys see you again soon!

They really mark down some items in their clearance area as much as 50-70% where typically dealers mark that stuff down 20%. One time we came in and they were having some specials and we scratched off an additional 15% saving off of certain items. My girlfriend bought a really nice summer riding jacket for 50% off and they couldn't add the discount to it, but she also got some $80 gloves that weren't on sale and they offered to let her use the 15% off on those, she didn't even ask...that type of service is rare for a Harley dealer!
