I also found out that they tune bikes, and are Harley Davison authorized to change the ECM. So I brought my bike back and got it tuned! Total satisfaction with the bike now! Plan to bring my brother's bike here as well! We are 3 hours from here!! But totally worth the trip! Thanks guys see you again soon!

They really mark down some items in their clearance area as much as 50-70% where typically dealers mark that stuff down 20%. One time we came in and they were having some specials and we scratched off an additional 15% saving off of certain items. My girlfriend bought a really nice summer riding jacket for 50% off and they couldn't add the discount to it, but she also got some $80 gloves that weren't on sale and they offered to let her use the 15% off on those, she didn't even ask...that type of service is rare for a Harley dealer!

I told him I was coming from out of town and needed to confirm they would do it (otherwise I'd make other plans). He confirm it would not be a problem. I show up today -Sat (from Maryland) and the gentleman refused to do it... Claims Daytona week and they are too busy. I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt but in this case it rubbed me wrong. (Especially now that I can't get my bike on the road). Thought I'd share it.
