Always seems current and they have a way to strengthen most any area that is deficient. I'd have given five 's but their hours can be a bit limited and they don't have any late evening or weekend hours. If you normally work something other than first shift and want to keep your same schedule while doing PT you'll need to change up your schedule.

According to the person on the phone they don't schedule after 4. I took off work early to head over and got there with a few minutes to spare. I spent 10 minutes filling out paperwork then 40 minutes waiting to be called back. Spent 5 minutes with the nurse, then waited 30 minutes for the doctor. Spent 5 minutes with the doctor and then another 35 for a physical therapist. 10 minutes with the physical therapist. Then they told me I could leave. 10 minutes later they called and said they had forgotten to take my pulse, so I would need to come back. I ran back from Midway and was asked to wait again. I said I'd rather not, as I felt 2 hours and 15 minutes was more than enough time to take my vitals and have me demonstrate I could in fact lift 50 lbs. They located a doctor who told me my pulse was on the high side of healthy. I indicated I thought that was a pretty good indicator of heath since I was angry and had just run there from the airport, and not in a figurative sense. This place is just unacceptable. Waiting at the doctor is to be expected, and I do it gladly the rest of the time. But they were slow, uncommunicative, and sort of incompetent.

While doing my exercises, they're with the next patient or typing their notes in the computer. Not enough equipment for that many patients. I had to repeat therapy because they didn't have me do effective exercises. I used a pulley for exercise then sat in a chair for the rest of my session doing exercises. I could do that at home! I did my second round of PT at Fyzical on Archer. I highly recommend going there for therapy. The therapist works only with you not with four people at the same time. The therapists are watching you do your therapy and they will correct you if you do not do it properly. They are not talking to each other. They are focused only on the patient. Nice clean facility and very focused on the individual patient. RUN FROM ATI, they are there to socialize with each other not work.

Front desk lady who also ended up being the person I did the exercises with was extremely rude. She…read morehad a list of things she was given for me to do. She got on a power trip with it. Telling me she won't sign my back to work papers unless I do as she says. She told me the exercises which was different than my employer told me. I asked to see the paper to confirm it was from them so I could verify things were being done correctly. She said no and told me to stop asking questions. (This was my first question) . I said I'll do them but I just wanna verify. She flashed the paper for 1/2 a second and said ok now do them. At this point I'm like whatever I'll just do it I need the job. But then the manager came over asking her what the problem is. She says I'm refusing her orders and he laughed and said tell him the door is right there if he don't like it. (Very professional place). Honestly would've walked out at this point but I didn't want them to get paid for nothing so I stuck it out. She then explained I had to do all the exercises multiple times. I asked where it says this in the paper and She rolled her eyes and stormed to the front desk to grab her manager saying I was refusing to do what she said. Manager came to have a talk and honestly had to put him in his place saying there's cameras. Watch them if you want. Your employee is full of it. He walked away seemingly annoyed but it's true. I didn't refuse. I only asked to see the paper which work said I can see. The exercise was 5 minutes so I set a timer on my watch. 5 minutes go by and she says nothing. I continue for another minute still nothing so I just stop. She ask why I stop and I explained the time was up and showed my timer. She says "I didn't tell you to stop keep going" which I explain work only required 5 minutes and I went over that. She responded with "too bad you have to do what I say if you want the job. Either keep going or if you don't want the job that's on you". At this point I knew she wouldn't sign my paper (she didn't) so I just became a pain to show her that her power trip didn't work. Thankfully I had a video recording of our interaction and explained it to my work. They sent me to another place that treated me with respect and signed my papers. This place I wouldn't even recommend to someone I didn't like. Work is looking at canceling sending their business here too thankfully so none of us have to deal with them again. Take this as your warning not to go.
