They don't even deserve an 1!!!! Absolutely do NOT go to Lappin Tire! These guys "fixed" a small…read morenail hold on my car that was center of my tire right in the tread five days after I had my 1 year old car in to the Nissan dealer for a detailed inspection and new struts, oil change, etc. the inspection details that all four rims were removed and checked for damage as well as each time, it's tread depth, and the check for any damage. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the tires or rims. My computer in my car also shows that no tire has ever gotten lower than 25 lbs of pressure and that there's been no recorded incident that would have caused the damage that is now on my tire and rim. I also got 3 different tire shops and dealerships to give me their opinions and everyone of them said the same thing. That was made by them prying the tire off the rim with a ridiculous amount of source. Speaking of force, my lights should have been torqued to 83 ft lbs of pressure. The rim and tire Lappin had off and put back on had over 160 ft lbs of pressure! This could easily have caused the lug nuts to snap off and me to lose the wheel. Austin and another employee also admitted to using the pry bar to get the tire off the rim on top of the fact that I saw them do it on my car as well as others. I have low profile tires...which are a pain to remove and mount. But in doing so, they broke the outside sidewall of the tire and put a good sized gouge in the rim directly above the split. B. In addition they bent the inside of the rim in two places almost directly about 1/3 of the way around from each other on alloy wheels! Then when confronted with it denied all responsibility even though the damage is clearly from their negligence and they admitted using the pry bar. Rude and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
