I reviewed the information on carsunlimited.com and honestly thought it was too good to be true. I am happy to say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The quality of the vehicle, the ease of buying, and the level of service throughout the process and afterward were above and beyond. Allen, Jamie, and Justin are exceptional. As time has passed, a couple of typical things have come up with the vehicle, and the support I've received has been outstanding. In a world where getting straightforward, honest information is rare, Cars Unlimited has been a dependable foundation I can trust. Their commitment doesn't end at the sale -- and that ongoing support has been truly invaluable. Choosing them remains one of the best decisions I've made.

I tried many attempts to go see this pickup in person and finally, I did. He made the buying easy. Made us feel at ease buying a classic from him. I wished I still had the pickup today, but things happen for a reason. I do look back on his website from time to time to see if he has anything else interesting to buy. If he does, I'll contact him and we will drive there again to buy from him again. Thanks again.

Their ToyoCard allows you to break up payments if necessary. Just like everyone has their faves, Norm Vassell is my car's pediatrician and Justin Ortiz is it's PA as my car is my baby. The advisors I had before them were equally terrific. Norm was my and my children's tire/battery tech when he was at the Sears Auto Repair, but when he moved to TTB, it became "One Stop Shopping." Enjoy your free coffee while you wait and the snack bar is certainly above the standard fare. And, yes, they will have your car washed while you wait if you like.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tampa Toyota today…read more My husband and I drove all the way from Parrish specifically to look at a Toyota Highlander Hybrid that was advertised online. When we arrived, there were at least six salespeople standing around the parking lot. As we attempted to park in the customer parking area, several salespeople were walking around our vehicle, making it unnecessarily difficult to pull into a spot. They appeared to have plenty of free time, yet no one seemed particularly interested in helping customers. After finally parking, I rolled down my window and asked two individuals if they were salespeople. They simply replied "yes" and offered no greeting, welcome, or questions about what we were looking for. When we asked about the Highlander Hybrid we had come to see, one salesperson immediately responded, "Nope, that's not here. What they post on the website is never right, you just have to come in to see what is actually available and we don't have that price that is posted, never accurate." Not only was this frustrating after driving such a distance, but the salesperson's attitude came across as dismissive and argumentative when speaking with my husband. The interaction left such a poor impression that we didn't even want to get out of the vehicle to see what inventory was available. We understand that online inventory can sometimes be inaccurate, but there is a right and wrong way to communicate that to potential customers. A little professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest in helping customers would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, our experience was so negative that we left without even stepping inside the dealership.

No word, no refund. This is the hands down most dishonest and lying dealership I've ever dealt with. Pathetic. Highly recommend buying elsewhere. Whatever you do, DO NOT FINANCE with this dealership. Sad. I bought two vehicles, 7 days apart. I had a very nice Salesperson, but the sales manager, tried to use a high-pressure sales pitch, literally chasing me out the door. The only reason I returned was because of the young man who worked so hard. So, after receiving my registration for the first vehicle, 5 weeks later. The dealership failed to renew my tag as I requested. When I received the new registration, I had 6 working days before it expired. I called several times, attempting to get the finance manager to correct his error. He refused to tale my calls and call me back. I left messages with sales managers and the general sales manager.... crickets. This dealership doesn't care one bit about its customers. Once you sign and leave, they forget about you. Stay away! Horrible customer service.

Saw the excellent reviews and as an out-of-town buyer went ahead and scheduled a one-way flight from PCB once I settled on the right car. Brad was great to work with beginning to end and was very patient and held the Bolt for me as I juggled cancelled and rescheduled flights and urgent doctors visits for my elderly mom. It was all worthwhile once I saw the car in immaculate condition and fully serviced and charged for the drive back to PCB. Pleased to discover the car still had its estimated EPA range from new and only need one fast charge on the way back, which is a revelation compared to the Leaf. Special shout out to Jamaica, who was great handling the paperwork during and after the sale. Would not hesitate to make Tampa Hybrids my first choice when the time comes to trade up to another EV

The experience of the night I bought the car, went as expected. Out the door in 8 hours. Salesman went above and beyond to answer questions and seal the deal. Come 12/28, we were called in to sign yet another set of forms. today is 3/16/26 I call to schedule and appt to have my car serviced for a click/knocking sound that SALESMAN AND acctg was aware of at signing on 12/28. Upon arrival to my first service to "check the car" I was turned away to DMV because they said I have a "branded title". I bit my tongue and moved on to the DMV to wait and be told, the DEALER is the one who has to fix this mistake because the incorrect mileage was submitted. I go BACK TO DEALER for a piece of paper with "SUPPOSED CORRECT" mileage on car. TO GO BACK TO DMV, because I didn't want to throw a fit in the lobby, so I went back to DMV twice and to dealer TWICE in one day. To be sent again and I said no, THE DEALER has to fix this NOT ME. I had already taken 2 days off work to deal with this. NO CALLS BACK, WHATSOEVER. I have to work just like they do, I am going to make this short. I get an email in mid February 2026 from the Manager "AFTER I CALLED" and he just so happend to answer the phones that moment and when he said his name I greeted him and said You are hard to get ahold of and his short answer to me was "NOW YOU GOT ME, What can I do for you" ok, he asked once he shut me down to start asking him what the status was on my car payoff because I was sent to collections bureau for my prior car/trade in. I get NO CALL BACK, but an email with the name of my new loan info (which I had NO acct number and new bank had NO IDEA who I was). I have email proof and new car proof come a date so far from purchase. IF my Title is Branded than what has MAUS NISSAN OF TAMPA on FLORIDA Ave done to satisfy the customer? Mind you this is the 8th car I have purchased from THIS LOCATION, and several family members, and in and out purchase in 3 hours, done and gone. Where do I go from last week, MARCH already, I go in thinking this has been resolved as when I went in January the guy in Acctg says "MONDAY, You should be good on your title" as he said "IT IS SETTLED". I am NOT HAPPY and this has been a total nightmare. Today is 3/16/26 and I still have a branded title and my registration says I have a BLACK SUV and it is Pearl White? hmmm?? SERVICE WILL NOT TOUCH IT, because they say "WE CANNOT TOUCH IT" but when I look over the wheels are off and the service guy trying to be discreet says oh we are making sure you leave here "safe", and the NOISE IS THERE, Its not being serviced, my title is branded, the registration is WRONG. I am paying for a car that a Bank has taken posession of and HAS NO TITLE? BUT THEY WERE QUICK TO ASSIGN ME A NEW Loan # and say THANK YOU FOR YOUR Payment! So a Branded title and new loan that is not even in the paperwork I signed, so? WHO DROPPED THE BALL? 4 days off and STILL no one to help me? any suggestions ? Which your first answer has already gotten the ball in its court and hopefully I do not have to take any days off other than to maybe sign a new loan? Who knows? I am done! Asking for a friend.
