Mike and the install crew were all very professional. Brandon worked with me to get soffits as part of the package. After two conversations with a manager and Mr LaHood, no resolution was offered. No follow up contact was ever made. We will never use EHI again, and in my opinion, would not recommend them as a reliable insulation contractor.
