Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build. He also promised to take back whatever parts we didn't need after the installation....and he did. We are now having some warranty work and we feel confident it will all go fine. They came out in less than 2 hours, found that the problem was the plug on my sump pump had been loosened. Once again he went above and beyond by cleaning my basement floor. There was no charge for that service call. This company gives wonderful service, including the woman who schedules the calls. The entire staff is extremely conscientious. He was able to clearly layout his entire process and how he runs his operation and to me that is very important. We originally were looking to build from the ground up and after searching through Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, all the time he would personally come out to the properties and land, finally settling in Chino Valley. For him to do something like that is completely above and beyond what I would expect from a General Contractor. For us we had him oversee and handle a complete kitchen redo, install flooring throughout, expanding bathrooms, constructing stairs for a deck, and installing a new master entrance leading outside. He was very attentive throughout every step, communicating clearly about timelines, and calming any nerves when adverse things would come up (I don't believe there has been a construction project in history that didn't come with a hiccup or two). For example, we had some scheduling issues due to circumstances beyond anyone's control as we started our project about 1 week before the Covid pandemic. Throughout it all Darin and his employees at Integrabuild were some of the hardest working people I have meet and I was in the Marine Corps. We absolutely love the result and how our house turned out. I would say some of the biggest attributes that set him apart from the rest is communication, managing expectations, and overall work ethic is why anyone looking to hire a general contractor should reach out to him and his team. It will give you peace of mind knowing he will get the job done properly. We will definitely be using them for our future needs!

Todd and his team came out to check on the safety of my homes 100 year old chimney. I had never been able to light it since moving into the house 7 years ago and decided to see if it was truly safe to do so before giving it a go this fall. Glad I called Todd, upon inspection they noticed that my flue had never been updated since the house was built.....again this an 100 year old home. Not sure how some one got away with putting in a gas fireplace without taking care of this issue first. Todd and his team potentially saved me and my families life. The Chimney Doctor gave me multiple remedies for my situation. They also gave me so extra tips on some safety measures when passing through my laundry room. Fireplaces are beautiful but if done incorrectly they could be deadly. I'm glad I called The Chimney Doctor before I tried to light her up. read more
