They failed to get the granite placed on hold with the out of town supplier. Unfortunately the granite I chose was not common and Premier was unable to locate another slab. Sherri tried blaming me for the issue and refused to refund much of my down payment. She claimed I broke the contract by canceling the order when in fact they broke the contract by not supplying the granite written on the contract. I finally had to threaten to sue them before she refunded all my money. As she slammed my refund down and walked away she told me to "stick the check up my ***."
