After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Living in Omaha you're going to pay more for these services because the contractors have become accustomed to receiving premium rates from insurance companies. Paragon will give you a fair price while still providing professional service and quality workmanship. They stand behind their work and make sure the job is done right. When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. When I got home the roof looked amazing and when I had questions Brandon was happy to come back out and explain everything. If you need exterior work done, call these guys and you wont regret it.

I think we found Albracht's in the yellow pages (showing my age). Lucky us! From our first visit, Tom and Steve have always treated us right. They did a fantastic job 20 years ago and all during those years, they took care of us by standing by their product. Earlier this year (2018), we decided our home needed a facelift. This time, no hesitation on our part as to who we should use. We called Tom again and although he's 20 years older, he's the same Tom we first met. He gave us a nice price on new steel siding and his crew finished up this week. What a fantastic job these guys do. We are so happy how it looks and the quality of workmanship can't be beaten. This is the first time we have used Tevelde for a job, I was not familiar with them and had no real…read morereference point. -Fair pricing even though they set the expectation that they might not be the cheapest. Listened to what we wanted and didn't try to pressure us into spending more or upgrading to something out of our budget. I got 5 quotes, and they were not the lowest, but they were not the highest either (much closer to the lowest than the highest). They were the third company that came out and the first to provide a quote. -Never had to call twice or check in multiple times. Our salesperson, the project manager, billing, and scheduling always returned my call, email, or text in a timely manner. They nearly always had an answer for me, and if not, they found it. We were trying to decide between two colors but we wanted to see them on a house. They were able to track down two houses with each color, which was extremely helpful. -Always available for questions and to help clarify what was being done. We even decided at literally the very last minute to have them install an exterior door we had bought. When they got it framed out and installed they realized it was too warped. I got another door, and it had some hidden issues as well. These guys installed three doors in the same spot and never once seemed irritated or annoyed, and the work was perfect. -They referred to their crew by name. How a company treats their employees and contractors is a huge reflection on how they approach the quality of their company, their work, and how they view their customers. More importantly, people deserve respect, and I feel like they give that to their workers and customers alike. One of the other quotes we got, we were told they basically just get whatever crew who is available, and another essentially spoke negatively about their workers. This was a refreshing change. -The crew themselves. They did fantastic work that you can really tell they take pride in. They kept the area picked up, got a lot of work done in a short time, and we are thrilled with the way it came out. No shortcuts or anything halfway, really above and beyond. -Another person came out to power wash, and another crew for the final painting of the foundation, garage door, etc. Also the same level of professionalism. The paint crew even managed to cover/protect the river rock when painting the foundation, which I just assumed would get some paint on them, and again, everything looks fantastic. I can't think of one thing that someone would take in to consideration for a major project like this that these guys did not meet or exceeded our expectations.

They followed up when stated and were done with the job within a week. They were also the most reasonable out of all contacted (2 others), and the difference was a lot.
