Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Living in Omaha you're going to pay more for these services because the contractors have become accustomed to receiving premium rates from insurance companies. Paragon will give you a fair price while still providing professional service and quality workmanship. They stand behind their work and make sure the job is done right. When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. When I got home the roof looked amazing and when I had questions Brandon was happy to come back out and explain everything. If you need exterior work done, call these guys and you wont regret it.

They did a fantastic job 20 years ago and all during those years, they took care of us by standing by their product. Earlier this year (2018), we decided our home needed a facelift. This time, no hesitation on our part as to who we should use. We called Tom again and although he's 20 years older, he's the same Tom we first met. Listened to what we wanted and didn't try to pressure us into spending more or upgrading to something out of our budget. I got 5 quotes, and they were not the lowest, but they were not the highest either (much closer to the lowest than the highest). They were the third company that came out and the first to provide a quote. -Never had to call twice or check in multiple times. Our salesperson, the project manager, billing, and scheduling always returned my call, email, or text in a timely manner. They nearly always had an answer for me, and if not, they found it. We were trying to decide between two colors but we wanted to see them on a house. They were able to track down two houses with each color, which was extremely helpful. -Always available for questions and to help clarify what was being done. We even decided at literally the very last minute to have them install an exterior door we had bought. When they got it framed out and installed they realized it was too warped. I got another door, and it had some hidden issues as well. These guys installed three doors in the same spot and never once seemed irritated or annoyed, and the work was perfect. -They referred to their crew by name. How a company treats their employees and contractors is a huge reflection on how they approach the quality of their company, their work, and how they view their customers. More importantly, people deserve respect, and I feel like they give that to their workers and customers alike. One of the other quotes we got, we were told they basically just get whatever crew who is available, and another essentially spoke negatively about their workers. This was a refreshing change. -The crew themselves. They did fantastic work that you can really tell they take pride in. They kept the area picked up, got a lot of work done in a short time, and we are thrilled with the way it came out. No shortcuts or anything halfway, really above and beyond. -Another person came out to power wash, and another crew for the final painting of the foundation, garage door, etc. Also the same level of professionalism. The paint crew even managed to cover/protect the river rock when painting the foundation, which I just assumed would get some paint on them, and again, everything looks fantastic. I can't think of one thing that someone would take in to consideration for a major project like this that these guys did not meet or exceeded our expectations.

These guys are great. I had them give me a bid on the recommendation from a friend. They came out and walked around the whole house with me asking me what I wanted done. They listened and took note of the things I was concerned with. I needed some siding replaced that was warping and rotting along with the whole house to be painted. They said they were about a month out from being able to start. Three weeks later they started repairing the siding and prepping for painting. In about a week they had all the caulk replaced and the house was taped off and plastic was put over the doors and windows for painting. That was on a Friday. I was a little worried about that due to the fact I was having a party on Saturday. Needless to say, they were out bright and early on Saturday morning to start painting. I asked if they would be done by 5 and they said that wasn't going to be a problem. They had one guy spraying the body with 2 guys painting the trim. At about 4 they started to remove all the tape and plastic and cleaned up the site. The house looks great now! I did have a couple of spots that needed touched up, but with a phone call they responded immediately and got everything taken care of! I'll be using these guys again! I recently contracted with Scott's Painting & Staining to replace / upgrade some exterior hardboard siding as well as exterior carpentry repair, and full exterior power wash and painting. The siding had been damaged by several hailstorms over the years as well as general aging. Also while window glass was intact, wood framing and boarding had rotted and needed to be addressed. Additional carpentry was needed on the garage door framing. The west side of the house had all the utility boxes (OPPD, MUD, cable and high speed internet, telephone, etc. as well as lines to the air conditioning, and dryer vents) and had the most siding damage. The new siding had to fit around all of these boxes and maintain functionality. Manuel, the project manager for all the work, was also the person who had initially analyzed and estimated the damage. He and his team worked very hard to do this and completed the work in one week. When the project was completed, everything was cleaned up so well that you would never know the full extent of the work that had just been completed. Before I even called their office to request an estimate, I noted the volume of complimentary reviews available over various online platforms. I am now happy to add my review to the group! read more

Scotts Painting & Staining replaced all of my damaged and questionable siding, sealed it properly and then painted it. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the amount of preparation they did. They sanded, caulked and primed the new wood after seamlessly replacing only the damaged areas. I received estimates from other painting contractors who wanted to just paint over the damaged siding and Scotts Painting was the only contractor that would perform all the work in-house. They took the time to carefully detail all of the work which needed to be done. Then they gave me a couple different options based on my budget and explained the entire process. The finish and color transformation look amazing! I wish I would have hired them long ago. I highly recommend Scott's Painting and Staining. They far surpassed my expectations. I have used Scott's Painting twice. In 2010, I researched local painting companies and selected them to paint the exterior of my house. They did an awesome job! Jump ahead to 2017 and I am now in a different house. I hired them for a big project - replace some exterior siding, paint the exterior, and then paint the interior (front entry, living room, and kitchen). The outcome was great! Scott's team does fantastic work, communicated well, and has an amazing attention to detail. The exterior color of our house went from all white to a green/grey color. We ended up going with Scott's Painting; their quote was very reasonable with good reviews from several sources, including one of our neighbors. I was very impressed with the prep work that the crew did - replacing old caulk, sealing all the hardboard siding nails and seams, taping off windows and handles, even removing and installing light fixtures. They worked quickly and were very professional, taking a lot of pride in their work. They used Sherwin Williams Superpaint and the end product looked very good. We had pretty bad hail damage from the Memorial Day storm so we had to look for someone that could paint the house and fix the siding. We looked at several contractors, but Scott's Painting was the best by far. No nonsense, and they weren't overpricing everything to try and take advantage of insurance. Andrew and Mason renovated my deck last fall and did a super job so I asked for a quote this spring…read moreon additional odd painting jobs, both inside and out. Andrew promptly responded giving me a reasonable quote and setting expectations on the timeline. He itemized each of the different tasks and we discussed everything in detail. He provided a copy of the bid, to which I agreed. He told me when to expect a call to start work and he was true to his word. I've worked with my share of contractors over the years who are good at their trade but bad on the business side (like communication, showing up when promised and finishing up on time), so it's refreshing to have someone who's good at both their trade and business. Andrew started with the tricky task of installing the closet handles I had ordered for five sets of closets in two of our bedrooms. We have a 75-year-old house in the Dillon-Fairacres neighborhood and like most old houses things aren't square. The old handles were too small and too close to the opening so he drilled new holes and put in wood filler where the old holes were, and then primed the holes so they were ready for painting (I had the paint on hand to use the next day). Andrew used a laser level so he could accurately put the holes in the exact right places from door-to-door and then he installed the new handles. It's level across all the closets now, which it wasn't before, and is such a great upgrade from what we had. I am really pleased with the overall new look. Inside, he also did some touch-up painting on nicks made over time on some of our antique white and dove white baseboards as well as with other trim in our stairwell. I asked him to prime/paint it with the old cotton q-tip painter's trick and it looks perfect. Next, he worked on the awning we have over our front door with sidelights. We had the awning custom-made years back and it works great to shield the door from the morning sun and UV rays. The Sunbrella fabric was still strong but faded and discolored; the frame for it was scuffed where I had ignorantly hung some hanging plants. I tried contacting the company who had made and installed it for us but they are now out of business. Andrew provided some guidance on finding some "fabric paint" of my choice online which I had no idea was an option. Turns out there is such a thing and that it's strong enough to be used on boats. He found a paint match for the metal frame and again I was thrilled at how he rejuvenated a part of our old house. He also cleaned up and painted the bottom part of our foundation behind a set of seven boxwood shrubs which had inadvertently been left unpainted down low when we added a new garage onto our house. It didn't stand out too awfully much but I knew it was there and it bugged me. I'm particular about my boxwoods in a Martha Stewart sort of way, lol, and I didn't want to ruin the "cloud" look each of them have. Because they are not grown as hedges, there are openings between them so that unpainted portion shows if you look. I trimmed them earlier and my husband tied them back but it was still a tight squeeze, so kudos to Andrew for working in that teeny space. A big thumbs up to Two Men and a Brush who I highly recommend (and I'm picky)!
