Turned out, he was the owner of this company, his name is Rodney. This guy came to my house after 2 other techs had been here and AC still was not working properly. He told me i was being unreasonable to keep the house at 70F and that he keeps his at 79F. He stated he is the owner and he knows how things work. Also he said no AC unit in Columbia could cool a place down to 70. Funny thing is, last 2 summers it had no problem cooling down our house to 70F on a day in the 90s outside. He then walked out of dining room, through living room, and out front door and got in his car. I followed and asked him if he was leaving and he said yes. I asked how come. He said, i'm not going to stay and talk to someone who doesn't know how to listen. I told him it was rude of him to just walk out. The owner said, instead of the previous service tech who came a few days ago to the house, that service tech could have been helping someone who had a real problem and i wasted they're time. I said to the owner, On that note, i will say goodbye. They did not inspect anything. in fact, first service tech forgot to add refrigerant and had to come back a second time to add it. That is all they checked. If they would have looked at duck work where duck comes in, they would have seen a 2 inch by 2 feet whole of a gap that was not sealed up properly. I was offended by the owner but not the tech who came out. I would not support this company or give them any business based on how i was spoken to by the owner of the company while he was in my house. Hope this helps someone out there.

Doug has been my plumber for 11 years and he does a great…read morejob. I live in an old house and I find young plumbers don't even know how to fix stuff, the old fixtures. And it's not encouraging when you call a plumber and he tells you some part to buy before he will work on it. Never the case with Doug. His charge is reasonable and he showed my how to stave off a dripping faucet by myself if I want to defer spending on a permanent fix for awhile. I recommend him enthusiastically.

We thought it was a venting problem causing the core issue. Cole was very professional and understood our concern to get to the root problem instead of just installing a new toilet. He replaced the toilet, which was very heavily calcified and clogged with mineral deposits. He also fixed a leak in the back of the toilet line. He used his camera equipment to investigate the entire septic line to see if there were any occlusions or issues. He felt confident that the problem was down to an old, calcified toilet. He was absolutely right. He chose a new toilet model for us, one that he uses in his own house. It flushed like a champ and had a ton of power and force with low water usage per flush. He also informed us that our septic system badly needed to be pumped...it had been over ten years since last done. He doesn't perform septic pumping, but we looked online to find a local business for this. Overall, we were incredibly happy with Cole's service. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and professional.
