Love the doctors there who are great and wonderful, but front desk is a nightmare. They always have…read morean attitude when you come in and over the phone they get even bolder. Tried ordering glasses on the website pair because I lost my old pair and needed new ones for cheap and didn't have my prescription on me. I'm in fort wayne currently with my newborn in the NICU so going home to search for it was not an option, so the website said they could contact the office for it. I quickly got an email saying that the office said I wasn't a patient of theirs. Of all things that bother me, it's lying. There's no excuse for it. So why they did, I don't know, but I had to call them to straighten it out. And oh my lord what a headache. The woman was refusing to simply read a few numbers out loud on the phone. Talk about laziness! I even explained that, no, I can not come in and physically pick up my prescription, and that I didn't need a new prescription or anything physical, all I needed was a few numbers read out loud to me. It was that simple! But she wanted to give me attitude and refuse to do the most simple task that I could have possibly asked for. Thankfully a family member near by is able to stop in, but they're just going to do what I asked for in the beginning, call me and read out loud numbers on a paper. I think it's insanely childish and petty to first of all lie, and then secondly get an attitude just because they were called out on it, and then refuse a simple task, aka their job, because they're mad. They claimed it was illegal which is such a reach, I would have been glad to provide any sort of identifying information needed, but the entire conversation she had an attitude! I always thought they were a bit unpleasant coming in to pick things up but this really solidified my opinion of them. It's a shame because again like I said the doctors there are great, but the receptionists really ruin it!

As a mom, that meant the world to me. I got the help I needed as well. We both loved the environment and the whole experience today. Fortunately, they were able to see me right away. The intake process was simple. The technician giving me an initial eye exam was friendly, personable, and thorough. I saw Dr. Zink. He conducted a thorough exam and explained to me what exactly was happening. I greatly appreciate that he took the time to speak at a layman's level so that I could understand what was happening. He gave me clear instructions and set an appointment for the near future. I was very satisfied with their service.

She is so thorough and pleasant, and you can ask her questions, and she is very kind in answering them. She provides you with important information and alleviates any anxiety, making every penny spent on her services worth it. Loretta is excellent. When choosing frames, she is candid and kind about sharing her opinions on which frames suit your face and what looks good. Her trustworthy advice makes the frame selection process a breeze. It's nice to have an opinion from someone who considers how the frames look on your face because when you look at yourself, your focus is often on the frames. She can never be allowed to retire because, over the years, I've respected and counted on her honest opinion. Both Loretta and Dr. Bohnert are an asset to Meijer Optical.

But, 10 s, a bag of chips AND unicorn rainbows to Demree Abalos from the Optical Management Team. She called from an Ann Arbor area code. She cleared some very fuzzy details up. I trust she will follow up with the store on the policy for providing a patient with their P.D. I am quite confident that I will receive the info I requested by snailmail if emailng did not work. Honestly though, it is her Customer Service, attitude and heart that bring me to write this review. She is a very special person and a worthwhile employee-I hope that her employers will recognize her for the work she does and applaud her tenacity!
